I had surgery for breast reduction at the age of 20, in 2004. Dr. Duclos was my surgeon (Maisonneuve Rosemont Hospital), and it was a disaster. Very large scar, nipple placed at the wrong height, etc.... I am so ashamed of my breasts that today, almost 20 years later, I am going to have surgery again to redo the whole thing. You must carefully check the cost of the treatments because at the first interview there are costs added at the end of the treatment.

Following breast reduction surgery performed by Dr Duclos, I do not recommend it in any way. I have to redo the surgery, completely botched by Dr Duclos. Had surgery a few years ago which resulted in a botched result. I tried to negotiate with her a way to correct the issue I with the poor results of said surgery, but the lack of empathy and will to come to an understanding made me regret terribly my decision of investing so much money in this institution. Please do not encourage such a disgusting example of modern greediness and lack of consideration for the impact such surgeries bring on individual lives.... (Show more)

I am very happy to have met Dr. Duclos. From the start we feel confident with a woman who has experience. She knows what needs to be done for the best results. The staff is friendly and attentive. We always have quick answers to our questions. It was a first operation for circular abdominoplasty after significant weight loss, it will certainly not be the last. This woman refused to treat my wife at the public hospital because she had undergone surgery abroad by doctors who were more competent than those in Quebec. She has no empathy and no know-how. to avoid

Save your money. DO NOT get work done here. In 2013 I went in and basically wasted $3000+ on a breast reduction. 1- During a consultation before being operated I specifically asked if I would be able to breastfeed. Dr. Duclos said yes. I cannot. Milk ducts were snipped. 2- One areola is much larger than the other. Asymmetric job. Completely. 3- One breast was reduced much more than the other. They are completely lopsided. And this is not due to time or having kids or anything of the sort. It was like this since the beginning. During my post-op consultation she said that it would even out with time. It did not. I never had self-esteem issues. I got a breast reduction because of knee and back pain and it was too long to go through the public sector. Now, I hate my body.... (Show more)

I had a very bad experience with Dr Duclos. The rudeness and the way he treats people is unbelievable. I had a breast reduction with her, very bad results, very poor follow-up. I am very disappointed. Don't expect follow-up and empathy!

I had a very good experience for my breast reduction with Dr Duclos. At our first meeting she quickly put me at ease, she listened to what I wanted and gave me good advice. After my surgery I discovered a friendly, patient, generous and available woman. I was entitled to good follow-up, rapid email and call responses as well as clear explanations and answers. I had earlobe reconstruction after wearing big stretchers for several years. Dr. Duclos took the time to evaluate what would be the best way to close the holes. The intervention was carried out gently. The healing was rapid and the scars are barely noticeable. Very happy with the result!
