I had my eyebrows retouched, but at the reception I paid the price for the whole package BGN 350. I asked why they charge me one refresher as one eyebrow make-up, these are two different procedures!!! They explained to me, not very kindly, that it was because I was not their client and I did not do them with them!!! It's not about the money, it's about the way you take it!!!
