The doctor was unable to assist me due to my body mass. The doctor was very nice to me but sadly he was unable to help me. I guess I'm just to fat, he said I'm a great doctor but not a miracle doctor. Lol, he was too funny he cracked me up.

I had my breast augmentation in August 2018. During consultations, Dr Karlo told me that most patients regret not going bigger but I still stuck with what I had in mind even if he didn't have sizers. Come surgery time, he mentioned that it's a bit pointless to get a boob job if it's not noticeable but he still chose a modestly sized implant around 285cc. I didn't really want noticeable breasts but thought that size would help achieve the look I wanted. My recovery was not smooth sailing because the left scar kept bleeding. I also noticed my left boob fluffed later than my right one. Eventually, it bottomed out and sat lower than my right boob making bending over very uncomfortable as I feel the edge of the implant dig in my skin. Moreover, my scars are in the lower middle part of my boobs and are visible which makes me self conscious especially in saunas and when getting massages. I did have a revision in August 2019 with him to address the bottom of out. Paid additional 15,000 for it but it still had the same results. Its 2020 and my left boob sunk back to its previous level. Got a second opinion and was told the breast pocket might have been carved out lower than it should have been given my body size. All in all, I paid around 3300 USD exclusive of the maintenance meds. The upside is Dr Karlo is very responsive when you message him but now I have to do another surgery to get smaller implants, make sure they're even and have the scar much lower than they currently sit.... I like the immediate result or looks after surgery, though Im still waiting for what will be the final result or appearance after 2 weeks. As of now, I'm very satisfied with the result.

It was quick and efficient. The clinic is very accessible.

I had my rhinoplasty 4 years ago (Feb of 2014). So far, my nose is still good as it was post-surgery. Except for the occasional paranoia (i.e. when I get pimples), I've never had a problem with it. As for Dr. Karlo, he is probably the most professional and accommodating doctor I know. In fact, up to this day, I still am in touch with him. He replies even when the operation happened four years ago! All in all, the rhinoplasty is one of the best decisions I ever made. I ran an internet search to find a clinic that could do rhinoplasty. The procedure was worth the price and I’m happy with the results. At first I was nervous about the surgery, but once the healing process started, I was okay again. The nurses were very accommodating and Dr. Capellan is a great doctor.

After reading positive reviews about Dr Karlo on the WhatClinic site, I decided to have rhinoplasty done with him. It was my first time ever having an operation, but the doctor really made me feel comfortable. So far, the treatment has been good value for money - the work done has not been dislocated or anything like that. Everything at the surgery looked really modern - there’s an operating room and they’ve even got a drugstore at the facility. The doctor explained everything to me in terms of results and when to expect them. I needed two follow-ups after the operation just to remove my stitches. There were no prices online, but they emailed the prices to me when I asked. I had Alarplasty & Tipplasty surgery with this clinic. I chose Dr. Capellan because he is one of the most humble doctors I’ve seen, he is super friendly and you can Viber him 24/7 — he would always make sure to reply especially with your concerns. He is super patient NO DOUBT especially with my post op, I Viber him every day for a month sending him my updates about my nose. He replies with a positive note and calms me down. It has been 2 months and it’s the best decision I made to eliminate my insecurities with my nose. So look no further — Dr. Carlo Capellan is one of the best cosmetic surgeons out there. Everything was good.. Complete laboratory before they did the procedure. 3 attended doctors who checked and make sure if I was capable to undergo the operation. Lower blepharoplasty and chin liposuction. Love the results of lower bleph. No more tired eyes. The great thing is, at two weeks post op, no one even noticed I had the procedure. Four weeks after chin lipo, jaw line became more prominent. Still have some lumps, but everything is as expected as this procedure really requires 4-6months to see the final result. I can see the gradual progress each day. Overall, no regret in getting the procedures from Doc Karlo. Thanks to him, I now look younger by like 5 years. :) Well equipped and sanitized.... My experience was amazing, that I can recommend the doctor as one of the best doctor for me. He's the best, what he has done to my boobs is very perfect. The size is good for my body since I'm slim. The service was absolutely good, the operating room is clean. The clinic is clean, and the nurse is very friendly and good. I just saw the clinic through online and I choose him because I feel comfortable so I visited his clinic and get more information about boobs augmentation and he explained to me everything and I like the procedure. I'm very worried about pain, but then he told me I will not feel any pain during the operation. So he told me that before the operation I must do a test for my heart and blood and x-ray, I said no problem it's for my safety anyway the next day result is good then I have my operation on that day. So they injected me the anaesthesia and after that, I don't know what's going on I been sleeping for few hours then I woke up I got boobs. I feel a bit sore but not pain just normal muscle pain. After that, I just stay there for a while and transfer to the hotel. I have my nurse with me to look after that night. And she was very nice, I like her. So the next day I go back home because I live quite far from makati that's why I decided to stay in hotel for one night with my nurse. Then they give me pain killer good for 1 week and now I'm completely fine in just 1 week I'm able to do cooking and other things. Stitches have been removed and I'm just waiting for my wound to get heal then I can start to apply the scars removal cream. The doctor will prescribe you the best medicine for scars. I'm so thankful for doctor karlo he did a great job. My boobs is looking perfect and looks natural. So for the girls there who wish to have bigger boobs then I can recommend doctor karlo, you will be satisfied and happy for the result. Two weeks before I did my Breast augmentation procedure, Dr. Karlo discussed everything in full details. He makes sure that all required lab test are normal so you can proceed to the procedure.
