I arrived 15 minutes before the agreed time and had to wait an hour and a half for my turn. Why, if I booked privately and paid for everything, do I have to wait so long? Today, on July 12, 2023, I had my teeth pulled, specifically eights and sevens, I was stressed all day about how the procedure would proceed. At the reception, I received a questionnaire and antibiotics for the procedure. My grandmother was in this clinic for a consultation regarding implants for at least 100,000 crowns and the attitude was terrible. Dr. Steklý behaved very inappropriately, insults were also thrown. Everything can be solved humanely and with empathy. We did not encounter this approach here. We are sorry and hope no other patient has to feel this way.... (Show more)

After the telephone agreement, the behavior of the young man towards the patient was shaken. He didn't even advise where to go about the dental problem. I believe that this person certainly does not give the polyclinic a good reputation. Called on May 19... 12:25 p.m.

Never again, I have never experienced such pain as I experienced when tearing the figure eight in the lower right, and I received a lot, but really a lot of injections and even so, now it is being discussed, unreal pain, the whole right side, even when tearing, which was really not possible , the tooth just didn't want to fall out... the first time when my upper eight was pulled at my dentist, I didn't feel anything, just the enamel cracking, but this today, it hurts my head and it really hurts, in my throat and the wound, even when tearing, a filling flew out of my side tooth, I have to get a new one :-(...
