Dr. Jean Frantzy Laurent - International Center for Advanced Plastic Surgery (CIPLA)

Overnight staff at this facility is the worse I have ever seen. I’ve been calling for help for over 2 hrs and no nurse to be found. All the overnight nurses do slept throughout the night and ignore the patients. I wish I could give zero stars.

Happy with my results !! Second time here Dr Jose Julian Flores is amazing. He gave me an instant snatched look. Btw all the doctors here are the best!

Loved the experience My surgeon Kelvin Eusebio was detailed and cared for me to the max… his staff was awesome Best practice at all times..

I'm sorry but I can't recommend this place. There in Cipla my dear precious sister died. For some that is just business but every life is a gift and it is precious. I will never forget my dear sister 08-10-20. God has the remedy to heal our hearts, and help us forgive. Thank God I have hope that I will see my sister again. Until then 🌹 we will cry... The nurses there in the ER are not so great. They don’t check on you like their supposed too. My IV fluid was empty for over a hour till they gave me another one. Also, they continuously poke you, like they can’t start a IV line. My hand was so swollen. I felt so abandoned, and felt like the nurses at my recovery house could take better care of me. A center that seems to be in another country, I didn't even believe it was in the Dominican Republic

My daughter and her friends is at this facility right now, The Dr was great but the overnight staff was the most uncaring and unconcerned staff members I have ever seen, I watched a visitor black out and hit the floor, they picked her up off the floor and put her on a stretcher, pushed her in a room and they all laughted at her. I'm glad we stayed in the room with my daughter s all night, because the staff would not check on them nor change their IV Bags unless you made them aware. If you ask the staff for a sheet or a blanket for the patient, they would tell you, they were out, and we needed to wait for housekeeping , Around 4:30am, the overnight staff was no where to be found for 30 minutes, one visitor, kept calling out for them, He got no answer, He finally knocked on a door behind the desk, one staff member came out, while the others slept. They had plenty of sheets and blankets in the closet because I saw them when they open the closet, MyMdaughter couldcnot breath, we went to inform the staff, they all was in the closet eating chicken, After we informed them of the problem , they kept on eating chicken, and told me someone will come to the room shortly, My daughter could have died. The staff don't wear name tags, and they don't tell you their names,,,,,, The morning staff, went in the refrigerator for juice for the patient and found known, The overnight staff didn't offer the patient juice at all, They was horrible, This was a bad experience and I'm glad we stayed to care for the patient because no monitoring was done by the overnight crew, If the patient was ever in distress, the staff would not have known,,,Again The Doctor was great,...
