I came to this clinic, after a poor experience in another dental practise which left me nervous, frustrated and aprehensive to visit another dentist. From my first phone call to the assessment to the filling, it was very professional, easy on the nerves and all steps excellently communicated. Every staff member was pleasant to deal with. Special mention to Bernard who is very good at what he does, and I would strongly recommend him. I couldn't believe how quickly and easily he treated a potentially tricky filling. Everything was great. I was in pain, and Dr. McDermott took me right away. He saved me.

I was with another dentist in Kilkenny waiting 4 months for an extraction left in the world of pain. I was told by the dental surgeon they might be able to help and within 5 hours they had me in and the job was done. Very friendly and helpful. I would 100% recommend them to anyone 🙂

James is brilliant, patient, really listens to you and is truly amazing with nervous patients. He is incredibly kind and he has honestly cured me of my dental phobia (am now 52!) I was always a nervous wreck when it came to dentists as unfortunately I've had bad experiences since I was a child but James put me totally at ease. Rang yesterday morning, I'm not a patient of this dentist, had an appointment for 430, I was a bit nervous as it was my first time with him and didn't know him. I needed an extraction, he had the tooth out in under two minutes. I honestly couldn't believe it.. Very pleasant man. His assistant was lovely to, very kind.... 10/10..... (Show more)

James is great

Extraction of a very bad cavitated tooth. Dr McDermott was excellent. Very professional and understaning he put me at ease as i was in alot of pain and very nervous when i arrived.Dr McDermott extracted the tooth and in no time i was like a new person.
