Dr James Lee
Dr. Lee is a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon recognized by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and board eligible for the American Board of Plastic Surgeons. After completing his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Dr. Lee went on to pursue his Medical degree from McGill University Faculty of Medicine. He then completed five years of specialty training in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at the McGill University Health Center. In addition to aesthetic surgery, Dr. Lee is affiliated with eight different hospitals in and around the Montreal region where he works with trauma patients and patients requiring reconstructive surgery.

Gelsy is our surgical coordinator and office director. Her compassion for patients is immediately apparent from the moment she greets you. She has worked in the field of plastic surgery for over 10 years and has gained tremendous knowledge in all aspects of cosmetic surgery. She will make sure that you are well informed as to what to expect before, during, and after any cosmetic procedures. Her understanding of how surgery can affect a person physically and emotionally helps patients feel confident in moving forward with their decision to make a change. I enjoyed my entire experience with the Innovation clinic, Dr James Lee is an extraordinary surgeon, he takes the time to explain, to know our expectations and gives the truth. I am grateful that it is accepted to replace my breast implants because not everyone does. He even informed me that I could wait two more years but I preferred to do it now. I had a breast augmentation done with Dr. Lee and I am very happy with the results. I am coming up on 4 weeks post op and I already love them. My sister had her breast done with Dr. Lee a couple years ago and they are amazing! They feel and look very natural. She has no issues with them. The clinic is clean and the <$_2> is super friendly, they remembered my name every time I came in and I felt valued. I felt very comfortable leading up to surgery & on the day of surgery. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. Treatment was explained very clearly and aftercare was very very good. The upper blepharoplasty surgery was quick and painless. I had a small amount of bruising. The recovery time was around one week. Three weeks later and I feel fantastic with the results. I would highly recommend Dr.James Lee and will definitely come back here in the future. Thank you again Dr.Lee.

Having recently completed two procedures with Dr. Lee (Tummy tuck and Mastopexy) I’m now writing this review for anyone who is searching for an excellent and thorough cosmetic surgeon. Dr. Lee, the anesthesiologist Dr. Robitaille, Lindsay, Sylvie and the entire team are extremely professional. I'm recovering so well it's incredible.
