The best ENT doctor in Kota Damansara, very friendly and helpful doctor
Pleasant experience with Dr James. His expertise is up there among the best. For context, he explained what caused the vertigo and ultimately resolved it on the first visit itself (luckily it wasnβt a complicated one of course). He was both patient and cheerful in his approach which is always helpful. Thumbs up!
A very good doctor. My symptoms could easily be misdiagnosed as ear fluid imbalance, but the doctor knew immediately that I had it (otolithiasis). He helped me do two reductions. Although the process was very difficult, the doctor helped me solve my symptoms very professionally. Very good ENT doctor ππ» β¦

I called for a same day appointment and the nurse told me that no appointment needed, just walk in before 4pm. I went around 3pm, waited for two hours for a 17 mins consultation plus a scope procedure. I didnβt experience the attentiveness and detail in explaining my situation except friendliness. Dr didnβt check whether I have other problem that caused by current situation. I mentioned another illness that I am experiencing, then he asked me to return another day for a different test because itβs 5.17pm and they closed at 5pm. This means I will pay for MYR110 consultant again and all other misc for MYR120 or more. I see it is only professional to accept walk in or more patients if the doctor has sufficient time to treat everyone without rushing the last few patients especially new patient. Dr. James Kok provided care for my young child, who, as kids tend to be mischievous, managed to place papers and other items inside her ear. Dr. Kok's gentle and friendly approach is vital when it comes to doctors for children. Despite my child not feeling very talkative that day due to her flu, she's already anticipating her next visit. Dr James help me in rhinoplasty and snoring treatment surgery . After my 3 month post surgery, the scar at my nose is barely noticable. I am concern and worry about visible scar at first but now my worry gone. Dr James did a great job. Now my nose straighter and my breathing is getting better. Full recovery is expected to take around 1 year. Due to long time using mouth to breath , my nose not get use to breath , he advise me to look for dentist to customise a mole for nose breathing practise . I like his friendly smile and his concern attitude for pre & post surgery. He will text me and ask about my current situation. I had a very bad episode of dizziness last year and was treated for vitamin B12 deficiency by another doctor then, in fact on a regular monthly basis. But when despite that i had another bout of dizziness last month, I was recommended to consult Dr James Kok. Checking his Google reviews, I was comforted by other patients' experiences under his care. I went to see him on 27 Feb and true to online reviews, Dr James is skilled n professional in his evaluation n diagnosis and very patient in helping my husband n me to understand the symptoms n condition. He prescribed the right medication n gave me a set of exercise at home with a video tutorial, explaining it can be correctable. That was most encouraging! I felt much better the 1st two days on that med n exercise n upon my follow up a week later, he checked me n I had no symptoms of dizziness n nausea.
