Dear Mr. Hehenberger, I'm writing this as a boyfriend/husband. Patient How can you be responsible for reducing a rating from a possible 5 to 1 star just because of a website update? You probably don't have a factual feeling or explanation yourself. Since this rating system is not only based on website information, but also on the entire performance of a company, it is difficult to understand your approach. Kind regards

This practice has helped me to enjoy smiling and laughing because I now have straight, even and "complete" (initially the canines were still missing) teeth, which I am very happy with. Thanks for that and a big compliment for the precise work!

I was extremely satisfied with my treatment. Very nice and competent professionals. I received very good advice and am more than satisfied with the end result. Based on my experience, I can only recommend this practice.

Very nice assistants. Unfortunately the doctor is incredibly incompetent. In my cousin's case, a treatment period of 3 years was planned at the start of treatment. My cousin is now in her 6th year of treatment and no acceptance date has been agreed yet. In general, you get the impression that this doctor is only interested in maximizing profits and that she doesn't understand her craft.... (Show more)

Dear Ms. Meindl, Regarding your review, it is difficult for me to comment because I cannot understand what the treatment situation was. Since it is your cousin and we cannot establish a reference by name. In principle, medically, there are two treatment situations: 1) Treatment in mixed dentition for a maximum of 2 years, after which the tooth change is awaited (=care period) 2) The treatment phase in the permanent dentition can only be started from the age of 13 and also lasts 2 years. In addition, the treatment procedure is coordinated precisely with the cost bearers (GKK, etc.), who reimburse orthodontic treatment in exactly this form. If the treatment in a phase with fixed orthodontic therapy is only started from the age of 13 (permanent teeth), it lasts a maximum of 3 years - according to the instructions of the funding body! - After the active therapy there is a follow-up period of 2 years, with the necessary care for stability after the orthodontic treatment. Exactly these 2 treatment modalities are certainly also used for your cousin, although a distinction must be made between treatment and care time. This is the current standard according to the guidelines of our payers. Due to this “recession”, it would be advisable for the cousin to contact us if there are any discrepancies and this can be clarified in person in advance. Because the complexity of medical treatment would not simply make sense as an answer to your recession and we cannot establish any connection with your names.
