Dr. H. Khambay & Dr. B. Dickson Guelph Dentistry

(The review below is from January 5/22) Since my last review 3 years ago , there have been some major changes to Ironwood Dental. Because of the pandemic, there is now a strict protocol to follow to ensure the safety of both patient and dental professional. Yesterday I had my scheduled cleaning with a very pleasant and skilled hygienist, and not once did I feel unsafe. In addition, Dr. Mohammed Hussein’s son Ali, is now on the Ironwood Dental team, and I have found him to be just as respectful and competent as his father. Recently, Dr Hussein Sr. sent me to two specialists for procedures at the Westmount Dental Group - Dr Hassanali (periodontist), and Dr. Frieddman (endodontist). I was very pleased with the work that they did, and I highly recommend them. I have been a patient of Dr Hussein Sr. for about 20 years and I am confident that when it comes to my dental health, Ironwood Dental will ensure that I will be well taken care of. (The review below is 3 years old) I have been going to Dr Hussein for about 15 years. He has installed several crowns and a bridge and I have never had any issues with them. I actually look forward to seeing him because he is fast and painless and the work is done before you know it. His jokes are pretty funny too. His hygienists are very skilled and friendly as well. I fully agree with the previous reviewer in that I hope he never retires (even though he works very hard and deserves a long retirement.) He is without a doubt, the best dentist I have ever had and as long as he is working I will continue to go to him even it means travelling long distances. I highly recommend him and his team.... I love all the people there they are all very kind and always gentle. They enjoy talking to you and are always willing to listen as well.

Competent, skillful, available, and a one-stop quality dental care without needless referrals to other services - I completely recommend them!

A genuinely caring team. They do so much to make me comfortable and ask often if I am doing ok during any procedure. I have never experienced any pain through any cleanings, fillings or root canals. Every procedure is fast, easy and painless. Highly recommend!

We have always received excellent service including routine, emergency and surgical dental procedures, as well as referrals. I have been impressed by the level of professionalism over the years. I was scheduled for a molar extraction. While I was waiting, Dr. Hussein Sr. suggested his office call Dr. Freidman to see if he might possibly save the tooth. He agreed to try to save it! No charge for the Ironwood visit! WOW! That gets 10 stars!

Dr. Hussein and his staff were very welcoming. I have gone to multiple offices recently to get an opinion on a problematic tooth and they were honest and upfront with me about my options. It is easy to tell they care about their clients.
