Excellent and professional treatment by a doctor who really cares. We did orthodontics for three people in our family and it was excellent

An unacceptable experience. When I entered the clinic (at the time of my appointment, not before or after), the assistant told me I could enter the room and see the Dr. When I went in, I said hello and sat down on the dentist's chair. The Dr. sat down right next to me looking at his phone, waiting on the line while the phone was on speaker phone mode. I waited for 2 minutes, 5 minutes but he didn't say anything, and haven't even acknowledged I was there. Then, he just stood up and walked out of the room. When I asked the assistant who was also on her phone what was going on, she said "he's waiting for a long time for this call, he can't hang up now". I waited for 10 more minutes sitting there, shocked, then left the clinic. Needless to say, me and my 6 person family will never go there again, and neither should you.... (Show more)

In short - a dental clinic you should stay away from. And in a little more detail: we got treatment (dentist), in the end one of us was treated and we didn't drink. Despite this, we were charged twice - for two treatments. At that moment the secretary said that "tomorrow morning they will contact you and credit the amount". What actually happened? She called me and said that the doctor instructed her to keep me in the clinic for the rest of my life. The question is - who said that I am interested in having a right balance, and what is happening with these market solutions?
