DON'T GO!!️ DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!️ TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! That Mr. Poletti is zero ethics, he is rude!! To begin with, Mr. Poletti is not in the office permanently, it is intermittent because he appointments many patients at the same time, to get more money, 💰 and he goes to all the offices simultaneously, leaving in place moments to an assistant, and at other moments to no one. I had never had such a terrible experience ‼️ In one of the moments when it was my turn, he gave a diagnosis to my minor son, and only said that he had to operate on him because he could become MALIGNANT ‼️ He immediately left. I was looking forward to the moment when Dr Poletti was in my office, to ask about my son's diagnosis and surgery. Only her assistant arrived, and she attempted to explain the administration of the medication. Then I told him that Dr. Poletti's consultation was atypical, because it was intermittent, because he was with many patients at the same time, and that I needed to ask him questions about my son's diagnosis. Then he told him and Mr. Poletti was very rude, and when I asked him my doubts about the surgery and diagnosis, he told my minor son: Tell your mother that the consultation is yours, not hers!! I told my son, and tell the doctor to turn to me, that I turn to him, to tell him that you are my responsibility, and that the surgery and treatment is my decision and money!! Then they led me to sell their medication at their pharmacy, more than $5,500 and the medication was for Acne!! ️ Of course I didn't buy it. DO NOT GO!!! Seriously don't go to this place, don't waste your time or money. My experience: I was scheduled at 11:30, they took me until around 12:15 and that was because I was just asking what time it was my turn, when they finally took me to the office they left me waiting there like a fool for another half hour, A guy came and asked me what I was going for. I answered and he said "Okay, the doctor will see you in a moment" and he left again and they left me waiting there for a while. When the doctor finally deigned to come and see me, he was super rude to both me and my mother. I guess the minimum he should do now is at least treat his clients well because he doesn't charge 3 pesos a heck. And when he finished he told me to wait in a small room and in a moment they gave me my prescription and guess what? Doctor Poletii is very professional and kind, excellent service, he took care of my baby and he is an expert in moles. I will be very grateful to him for his kindness and professionalism. His clinic is very good, very kind, everyone is well worth going to.

A truly bad experience, I will not go to the doctor again, of course it is clear that he knows but I feel that all people deserve to be well treated, he treated me at the same time as another person literally, he asked his receptionists to see me and " guess" what I had, without first asking me if I agreed with 3 people who are neither doctors nor students seeing me, in the end one of them arrived with my prescription and the doctor no longer wanted to answer my questions, so true 0% recommended... Terrible doctor, with 0 professional ethics, makes you feel very uncomfortable. I let about 10 university students come in to see my case without even consulting me. It didn't help me at all.

Terrible service! They are worse than in public clinics; The doctor cares very little if you have any questions and all he wants is to continue receiving patients!

I had a severe acne problem and after several dermatologists Poletti was the one. The only one who could eliminate it. Poletti is one of the best dermatologists in Mexico, don't get carried away by the negative comments.

The doctor is good but the service of his assistants is terrible for 20 days and they cannot issue an invoice and when you talk on the phone the lady who makes them is never there.

Terrible!! He makes appointments with a thousand people at the same time, I waited an hour and a half for him to come by, he doesn't physically check you or ask you anything, just what is the reason for your visit? He turns around and tells the nurse to give you a prescription with a thousand things (which he sells you there and very expensive) and that's it, he doesn't explain anything or literally he was with me for 1 minute and it seems like a lot to me. Obviously I went out and they wanted to charge me $800 for the consultation, of course I didn't pay because that wasn't a consultation. Clearly what this doctor does is theft. Terrible, the doctor's wife removed me from a place because I was in the way in the waiting room. Very expensive and unethical, I sent him a message because I had a question and he only left me in the clear. Of course he wasn't going to answer me so I could come back and pay again!!

Very Important Doctor at the National and International Level. Your CV supports it. Excellent doctor. Teacher, researcher, up-to-date, and gives excellent consultation. Those who think otherwise are because they want a remedy for something that was not treated in time but, incongruously, they want to see results in days, obviously that is not going to happen.
