Fantastic clinic with exceptional customer service. From the first contact right up to several days after the treatment, there was very good follow-up and service. The surgeon was very good and his attitude made it easy and reassuring.

Dr Peter Lagos did a great job on my teeth and I'm now out of pain after many years. Will recommend to friends and family.

First visit to this dental clinic on recommendation of a relative and have to say am very impressed with the process and all the staff we have met so far. Seen in November 2022 to assess the work on my teeth which were becoming loose due to periodontitis which caused 4 infections which caused me a lot of inconvenience and we started the same afternoon, at first a little apprehensive but the process has this day for my second visit and the installation of 5 implants satisfies me I still have the last visit to finalize and finally find a smile Peter is perfect always attentive and present during each intervention, my dentist is at the top very professional no fuss pan pan The shuttle service is great and the drivers are very friendly Can't wait to see the finale in July and what's more, it allowed me to discover this beautiful city that is Budapest and I intend to return there just for the pleasure of strolling around. recommends this clinic for its quality care and professionalism... I started my first treatments in 2008. I was very surprised to discover a modern, impeccable clinic with very professional and welcoming staff. Mr. Onody as a manager and performer is a very friendly and very organized person. I can only recommend the Kreativ Dental clinic to anyone who requires dental care. Dental services which are likely to be reimbursed in France are also reimbursed in Budapest because Hungary is part of the European area. I booked through Mary Flanagan in Ireland she toke care of everything on the other side between pickups a Dropoffs a hotels.I found Kreativ staff kind professional and honest and proficient.They also gave me my Ortho pantograph xray forms with all my dentition details.

It's hard for me to recommend this clinic. Beforehand, I went to a German dentist who confirmed that my roots could still be used because they were undamaged. That's why I wrote to the clinic in advance that only repairing the teeth was an option (no implants). I was then lured to the clinic. The funny thing was, even before the teeth were inspected, when I went in, I was told that all the teeth had to come out and then implants - but maybe that's not possible. 1. German dentists told me otherwise and 2. Why did I have to drive in specifically for this? That was a waste of time. I wasn't there for anything. They could have told me that over the phone. Furthermore, it was very uncomfortable there, everything was overcrowded. The door to the treatment room keeps opening and 3 people/waiting patients can see the pictures/X-rays and also the mouth. There is no data protection or privacy here. The suction device on the treatment chair was still dirty from the previous patient. Even though I didn't need it, it was really disgusting. Hygiene is probably not really taken seriously either. I then went to two other clinics in Budapest that could use the existing roots and do what the German dentist said beforehand. I recommend not visiting this clinic and then getting further opinions. P.S When I asked about “immediate implants” I was told that would be “bad”. So this clinic badmouths things that has been used by the best doctors in the world for years. In my opinion, this is just about making quick and easy money; what the patient wants (who is supposed to pay for everything) is not respected. Likewise, you are treated like a product, not a person. By the way, the appointment wasn't easy either, I called on the viewing date as agreed to come by. But I didn't have an appointment, nobody knew about me. Where I first had to discuss that I had an appointment. I was then able to go to the clinic, but there was a corresponding waiting time. I’ve suffered with abscesses and bad teeth all my life, Kreativ did a lot of work (every tooth needed work). For the first time in 30 years I can smile, also found Hungary and it’s people really great.

I arrived at the Hotel Amadeus in Budapest yesterday because I had an appointment at the Kreativ Dental Clinic today. The arrival was uncomplicated and the reception at the hotel was very friendly and nice, the receptionists were in a good mood and spoke German 👍. After a night in the hotel, I had an appointment at clinic number 2 the next day, I was there at the agreed time, I was assured in advance that the staff spoke German, that wasn't the case, I was moved from clinic 2 to clinic 1 sent, even though I had the appointment in clinic 2... At Clinic 1 they told me that I didn't have an appointment. I then wrote to the employee who organized the appointments for the hotel and clinic via WhatsApp. He couldn't be reached and didn't respond to a call. I am totally disappointed because I took the long way and almost 7 hour drive for NOTHING. DH. Not recommendable!... (Show more)

I have been to the Kreativ Dental Clinic in Budapest several times and have always felt like I was in good hands. Great pick-up service from the airport or train station and back again. German is also spoken at the clinic reception. Dentists & staff super nice & accommodating. I saved a lot of money by doing my teeth in Budapest instead of Switzerland, including flight tickets and hotel accommodation. Budapest is a nice city to stay for a few days. Annual dental check-ups can be combined with teeth cleaning.... (Show more)

I am delighted to share my experience with Kreativ Dental, the company that took care of my bone graft and new implants this year. I am just back from Budapest now after completing the procedure. From the very beginning to the end, the service provided was truly excellent. Initially, I was a bit sceptical about seeking treatment abroad, especially in a country that i don't speak the language. But at when you are only 35 years old and stuck with insensitive/disproportionate quotes in the UK between 7k and 10k for your treatment It gives you more motivation to look elsewhere for better options. After being recommended Kreativ Dental in Budapest by a friend of mine who had family members going there for their treatments I decided to give it a try. The moment I arrived and had a consultation with their experts, my doubts began to dissipate. It was evident that they were knowledgeable and had a team of real professionals. Plus they all spoke perfect English! Choosing to proceed with them turned out to be one of the best decisions I've made. Just a few months later, I now have a brand new set of teeth, and the amount of money I saved was more than half of what I would have spent for the same procedure in the UK. Plus I got to visit this beautiful city. The entire process was smooth and painless, exceeding my expectations. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone at Kreativ Dental Clinic for their exceptional care and expertise.
