If you’re trying to find a fertility specialist that will listen to your personal needs and treat you as an individual, you won’t be disappointed seeing Dr Parmar. I’ve been one of her patients for a very long time through a difficult IVF journey, and she’s been there to support me every step of the way. She has always been happy to listen to my concerns and worries, and offered alternatives to treatments when i’ve wanted to try something different. She is not just an amazing IVF doctor, but also a supportive ear when things aren’t going how you expected, and has always advocated for me. We are forever grateful for her support and expertise over the last 6 years, and we will be returning when we are ready for baby #2. She has a very experienced and friendly support team as well, especially Kylie on the Nursing team. I was so happy to find Chandrika to guide and support me on my IVF journey with getting pregnant with my second child. I had quite a complicated health and personal journey that she handled in such a supportive, friendly and professional manner. I felt that I was in very safe hands and she really helped to put me at ease during what could have been a much more stressful time, particularly during covid lockdowns. I highly recommend Dr Chandrika Parmar, I have been seeing her for 7 years to help manage other things but only in the last year we decided to start ivf. She has been absolutely amazing both my Husband and myself couldn't be happier she took the time to investigate and help prepare the right ivf plan for us. Dr. Chandrika has been our doctor through our IVF journey and we are so thankful to be able to have found her through a friend after changing from a previous doctor. She was patient with me and my husband throughout the whole process and we are so lucky that she did not lose hope and persisted until we have our baby girl here. Dr. Parmar and her nurse are wonderful. Really kind and professional, and feel so comfortable in both of their care. Unfortunately the reception staff, Teena, was not as welcoming, doesn't remember your name, wasn't wearing a mask, (the clinic asks you to wear one at all times), I found her very condescending when asking a follow up question. She gave me an overview of the process "its a very long process, haha." and laughed. Which left me feeling awful. It upsets me when people in the heathcare industry aren't simply kind and aware of how they are effecting the patients. Its a very stressful and emotional time being in the IVF process, the face of a practice should be kind and welcoming as the first point of contact going into the clinic it's very disappointing.... I went there with my wife, knowing she was in depressive state of mind, the doctor made some unpleasant comment, rushed the meeting, which is not very professional. Not going back ever !!

Thanks to Dr Parmar, I am living my dream life now. Our beautiful and healthy boy is 5 months old now. I feel so grateful have met Dr Parmar. She is professional and result driven. Dr Parmar's team is also amazing. Wish her and the team all the best

Dr Chandrika Parmar was thorough and companionate while we were under her care. She was forthcoming in sharing the issues and how she would be addressing them. She has a wonderful team including Melissa who was friendly and accommodating while booking appointments. We have had positive results with Dr. Parmar – a daughter in 2018 and another bub on the way. My wife and I used Dr Chandrika but never again. Was not professional my wife felt like a number at the end of the day. If i could give 0 stars i would. This was a few years back but after leaving here we found others who helped.

Dr Chandrika Parmar is one of the most caring and attentive specialists. If you have any questions or concerns during treatment she will answer all of them. So I saw Dr Parmar and she decided that IUI Would be the best way to start and I got pregnant on my first cycle it was a medicated cycle and closely watched and monitored by Dr Parmar. She is very dedicated to what she does and loves it and making peoples dreams come true and she has certainly made my dream come true. I am now 12.5 weeks pregnant all thanks to Dr Parmar. I would highly recommend Chandrika if you need a fertility specialist. She came highly recommended from my gynaecologist. Dr Parmar definitely is a specialist in this field.
