Dr Chance Kaplan
Chance T. Kaplan, M.D was born in Wurzburg, Germany, and reared in Montclair, NJ. He earned his undergraduate degree from The Citadel Military College of South Carolina. He entered the Army as a Medical Service Corps officer in 1982 and subsequently went on to The Medical University of South Carolina on the U.S. Army Health Professions Scholarship Program. Upon graduation from Medical School, he completed his General Surgery Residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, Florida. Chance T. Kaplan, M.D. completed his fellowship in Plastic Surgery at The Ohio State University, in Columbus, Ohio. Upon graduation from his fellowship, he served as Chief of Plastic Surgery at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, Texas from 1994 to 1997. Chance T. Kaplan, M.D. received his board certification from The American Board of Plastic Surgery in November 1996. He established his private practice in the state of Florida in 1997.
Dr. Kaplan did a great job, from beginning to end. I'm very happy with the results.
Dr. Kaplan is a fantastic doctor. October of 2012 I had a prophylactic double mastectomy to reduce my risk of getting breast cancer. Chance Kaplan did my reconstruction immediately after. He did such a great job!!! He is warm, caring, and very informative. The office staff at this location is super helpful, and easy to deal with. Dr. Kaplan is an extremely caring physician that really takes the time to listen. I have had several moles removed and his surgical skill is very precise.

Amazing doctor. He cauterized all my face and neck moles, I could not find a plastic surgeon or dermatologists in town who would do it. Dr Kaplan is precise. It made my skin look clear and youthful.
Dr. Kaplan and his staff were amazing. I had a breast reduction back in 2016, he did an amazing job my girls and they still look fabulous. I truly enjoy never having to wear a bra again on these Ds! Thank you for your wonderful work.
I have hidradenitis and I always come and do my surgeries with Dr. Kaplan He is a very sweet ,caring ,reliable, trust-worthy, dependable, wise doctor . He makes you feel comfortable, with him I know I am in the best hands I feel safe and secure he listens very well and explains very well . I am truly blessed to have him do my surgeries he is very understanding I don't feel like another patient with him. I will forever owe him for the services he has provided me . Dr. Kaplan comes highly rated. He has seen about every type of surgical need with his years of service with the United States Military. The moment you walk into the office you get the feeling your in a First Class Place. I had a Dermatologist tell me that removing any moles on my face would make me look worst. I’m so happy I got a second option. Dr. Kaplan was straight forward answering all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. Now my face does not even show a signs of any prior beauty marks :-). Very talented surgeon. Magic hands for sure. He is very serious about his work, being friendly is not his first priority, keeping you safe is! Everything happens exactly the way he tells you, no surprises. Always response fast even at crazy hours. I'm definitely recommending him!
Dr chance Kaplan performed a rhinoplasty and turbonectomy on me 2 years ago and did an incredible job. On a scale of 1-10 I had a 2 pain level of that after the surgery, no pain medication was even necessary. I credit this to his amazing surgical hands because many other patients of his said the same thing. I had zero scarring from his incision and it was fabulous service through out the entire process. I give dr Kaplan 5 stars all the way he's awesome I will never let another doctor perform surgery on me if I can have him do it.... (Show more)
Dr. Kaplan is great and has a wonderful staff!
My wife had her breasts augmentation with Dr. Kaplan and I must say the results speak for themselves. She looks absolutely amazing!! She's told me how nice the staff was throughout the entire process and I know for a fact that she is very happy with her decision. Getting plastic surgery can be very nerve wrecking because of the risks involved but I can honestly say that I personally felt very comfortable and confident with her decision to go with Dr. Kaplan. I was initially worried because we have never gone through this before but the staff and Dr. K helped make us feel in control of our decision by informing us if everything involved and answering every single question we had align the way. All I can say is thank you for taking such good care if her. We're both very happy with the way we were treated throughout the entire time we were in and outdo f the office. If you're thinking about getting any sort of cosmetic surgery I would tell you that should at the very least take the time to go in for a consult and]d get to know Dr. Kaplan and his staff.
