It's a shame that patients are treated like users, it's ethnically wrong.
Great doctor, assistant too, excellent collaborators.
They cancel appointments, even with prior notice, it wasn't like paying for a service, as well
Good Hospital with triage system that works constantly Medical level knowledge, the person's face and then the affinity with the triage person Service leaves a lot to those who I would like to know what the screening method is From this establishment? Why a 2h30 waiting time for an appointment at this price?? Start reviewing hospital triage methods
Seven Stars
what you want, to be consulted, to have a diagnosis and to feel supported
Efficiency in scheduling exams
Friendliness, empathy, ease of scheduling appointments/exams, competence and exhaustive and clear explanation from Pulmonology doctor Dr. Ana A. Oliveira
Hospital of excellence with excellent professionals.
Scheduling the gastroenterology appointment was super quick. Quick from one day to the next... which should have alerted me to the quality of the consultation. I made an appointment with Dr Alexandra Suspiro for my mother, who is not a hypochondriac, so yes, we were waiting for a specialist to have some idea of what was going on, to prescribe something. But not. The lady in question didn't even bother to do a palpation exam _ after all, she would have to get up from her chair_ and simply said that without the results of a colonoscopy she couldn't do anything. 5 minutes later and lighter than 83 euros, we returned home. We will not repeat the same mistake again.... (Show more)
3h waiting time in the emergency room. Since the service and convenience are the same as the public, I don't know what the benefit of paying for this service is.
Good doctors, good nurses, 5 star staff. Clean and pleasant facilities.
Terrible patient care, completely incorrect diagnosis and inappropriate medication which led to the worsening of the user's health condition (facial paralysis) I do not recommend going to this hospital.
I went to a general medicine appointment, the name of which I will not disclose. It was supposed to be at 10 am, I was only seen at 10:40 and it was the typical 15-minute industrial consultation. I wouldn't mind the delay if it was quality, but that's not what happened. First, sinusitis was supposedly diagnosed, without any type of exams or analysis. Afterwards, it was recommended to take medications that don't make sense: Paracetamol was recommended but one of the medications specifically says on the leaflet that you should not take paracetamol together with that medication. An antibiotic was administered when there was no evidence of bacteria. I assume that, to get things done, he grabbed what could make sense without any evidence, and if it goes wrong, he'll come here again and spend another lot of money, because the consultation doesn't include exams. I said my ears hurt, the doctor didn't notice anything but administered some medicine for ear infections. I called the establishment to request the medical/clinical report to justify the medication given, which didn't seem to make any sense according to experts in the field. I received the report and once again, there is no justification for taking this type of medication. Conclusion, I only took half of the medication and recovered anyway. It should be noted that a consultation like this costs around €80 without insurance, and the number of errors that can impact a person's life is completely unacceptable.... (Show more)
Very good! I recently had surgery. All employees, at all levels, were very competent and helpful.
There are not enough stars to thank you for all the care you took with me, Dr. Ana Lúcia Sousa (Gastroenterology) and Dr. Inês Gouveia Pereira (Imagiology). They are certainly professionals like this who elevate the entire class to a level of excellence and confidence. Thank you and thanks also to the entire rest of the team who treated me with the greatest consideration and humanity. I recommend.... (Show more)
Quick and easy admission to the kiosks, consultation within an acceptable waiting time, despite not being at the scheduled time. Anyone who doesn't want to pay via ATM at the kiosks has to wait a long time to be served by an administrator.
Good environment, friendly people, short waiting time for screening, friendly doctors with good service, good treatment they still gave there and good medicines that had an effect, stopping severe cough, fever, severe body aches, with health insurance It was a reasonable price.
I loved. If I hadn't gone there, my problem wouldn't have been solved. The professionals are always friendly and willing to help, as well as the work they perform with professionalism. It's incredible. I hope public hospitals are like this. Very good facilities. Super service. Top professionalism. Thanks.
Good service, whether at the reception level, at the triage level or at the consultation level, a good doctor who was concerned about the fever due to having epilepsy, with a good treatment to reduce the fever and body aches, at the triage as he was fever and suffered from epilepsy when I left triage I was immediately called as it was considered urgent....
