I made an appointment via Doctolib, everything was completely normal, reception was very friendly, I was allowed to give all my details, I was asked to go into the treatment room, only then was it revealed to me that all the services (which I got for free elsewhere) were not affordable for me there . I find it totally wrong that I am only told this when I go there specifically and have already filled out and stated everything. For me, it takes a lot of effort to go to the dentist and I actually would have used the time for something else today, but instead I pass on my data unnecessarily and waste time. We have been and are very satisfied with both the children's and adult dentists. However, the organization is very weak, promised callbacks are not kept and comments are made that I don't want to repeat here

Pretty arrogant club with overpriced additional payments that the customer has to make. Not very open to criticism and sometimes with outrageous comments. I will no longer enter the practice. The main thing is that the ruble rolls

I went to the emergency consultation on the holiday with a chubby cheek and pain. Ms. Dr. Kirsten was my attending physician. She helped me with a lot of empathy and skill. The dental assistant was also super nice. Top!

We were referred there by our dentist because my son was going to have an operation on his teeth and I have to say everything was explained so well, every question was answered and the work was done so well that we always come back from now on! My son was really excited himself and immediately asked when we would go to the dentist again with the great fish! All in all a great practice, nice ladies and above all a wonderful dentist! The best children's dentist I know. Since our daughter had bad teeth and no doctor really dared to come to her, this practice was recommended to us. We got an appointment relatively quickly and my daughter loves both the doctors and the MFA. No unnecessary treatments or costs... Great practice and great service. Can only be recommended... I had been at this practice for a few years and needed some major procedures (several new crowns, root canal treatment, replacement of old seals). I have experienced many dentists through many moves and this practice was the most professional with an excellently organized schedule - I very rarely waited longer than 10 minutes. Yes, this dentist is also more expensive than any other I have visited before and I have no regrets. Because of the move, I changed again and my new dentist noticed that his colleagues did an excellent job - that's nice to hear. We were also here with my child - his visit to the dentist with Ms. Külmar was a small experience that he still talks about a year later. Even when he was still very young and cried through the appointment, the doctor was able to carefully and sensitively carry out a child-friendly examination. I am thrilled and would have liked to stay in this practice. The new rooms have become very nice. The excellent performance and my now beautiful teeth were worth the extra cost.... (Show more)

After my son had a bad experience at another dental practice and no longer wanted to go to the dentist, this practice was recommended to me. My son felt very comfortable and thought it was great there and asked if we could go to the dentist again soon 😂 I think it's great how much time was taken and that everything was explained in a child-friendly way. Never had any reason to complain. The doctors and staff are professional and courteous, the atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant. The treatment carried out was more than satisfactory. You are in good hands in this practice!

We have been treating two children for years, sometimes complicated and difficult treatments. It's hard to imagine a better pediatric dentist. Cornelia Küllmar in particular is incredibly sensitive to her little patients. She does everything she can to ensure that children have a positive experience at the dentist. Keep it up!!!... For 90% of the treatment you are talked into further treatments, which you ultimately have to pay for yourself. It's not about anything else.

Just not recommended! I went to this office last year for a routine checkup since my old dentist retired. An x-ray was taken there, whereupon I was told that I had tooth decay under one filling and that two fillings needed to be changed because they were too old and would soon crumble or something like that. Immediately after the diagnosis I had to sign a piece of paper informing me that each of the three new fillings would cost me around €60. It all seemed very strange to me at the time and I stopped going to the practice. Now I was seeing a new dentist who was recommended to me by family members. He took a new x-ray, explained everything to me and told me that he couldn't find any signs of tooth decay - even though it had been raging under the filling for a year, according to the diagnosis from this practice. As for the other two fillings, he said that they were perfectly fine and that I didn't need to have them replaced yet. One thing is clear to me: This practice is run by rip-offs who abuse patients' trust in their doctor and recommend unnecessary and expensive treatments. The shop should be closed!... (Show more)

When I have a toothache I have to wait a week for an appointment, the lady on the phone said I should look somewhere else... as if I was going to Aldi, catastrophe because I've been going to this practice for years...
