The staff are very nice and very friendly. My doctor was very careful and explained everything to me very well. I will always come back to this practice if I have any problems.

I recently switched from my previous dentist to the Dental Center Düsseldorf and I don't regret it for a moment. I am extremely satisfied with both my lower jaw protrusion splint and the professional teeth cleaning that took place last week. I have received several PZRs in my life, but never before have they been cleaned so carefully and properly. The lady really does her job with passion and you can tell that as a patient. The result also speaks for itself. The most modern methods and instruments are used. Next month I will be receiving my first dental treatment there (in the form of two crowns/onlays) and, despite the normal inconveniences to be expected, I am going in with high spirits and am already looking forward to the results. I do not know where to start. After many treatments over the last 2 years, 3 more teeth should now be made. Luckily, since I actually wasn't in any pain again, I got a second, professional opinion. Lo and behold: even when looking at the x-rays, the doctor can't find anything! My oral hygiene, the spaces between my teeth, the gums, everything is A1 and there is no need for treatment! The question arises as to how the Dental Center comes to present me with a cost plan of over €2000 for the treatment of 3 teeth!?!?! And that after I sat there crying as a scared patient in front of the owner and we discussed whether I could do the treatments under anesthesia in the future. Obviously, so that even more money can be made from someone with ZZV! This glossy practice is only out for money! Update: A third dentist (since my new one unfortunately stopped) including examining x-rays, didn't find any teeth that needed treatment.
