I warned by telephone that I had a last minute delay....because of transport. We can't always predict setbacks, imponderables happen. The secretary hung up on me without even asking my name... I was in a noisy environment so had difficulty hearing. So when I see that it doesn't make me want to come from the tournament I will choose another Imdb center exists.... (Show more)

Run away if you want to keep your teeth don't let yourself be impressed by the structure, I arrived I was in pain but not as much as now and my teeth were not moving, Mrs. Cohen took a mouth swab but it was wrong because I 'was in the middle of treatment with hydrogen peroxide, torrents powder plus cream to apply plus laser and then I was told that I had nothing left but I had horrible pain, knowing that the sample took place in the middle of the treatment afterwards I I found out from another health professional that the result was false because you have to brush your teeth with water at least three days before the sample to get the correct result, so following this sample result, Mrs. Cohen told me that it's good, the laser sessions are over for her, I tell her I'm in pain, you have to help me, she makes her assistant call me who tells me that I can make an appointment with doctor Desmoulin because I no longer have of bacteria which is false and Doctor Desmoulin treats me but I still have bacteria because Ms. Cohen's results in the conditions in which it was carried out are distorted, so since Doctor Desmoulin believed he was practicing on a healthy bone while she is infected suddenly her examination dispersed all the infection in my lower gums. Madame Cohen does not care about her patients, no dialogue with, the dialogue is with Nadia, her assistant who seems overwhelmed and who responds vaguely and who tells us that we have signed a waiver for our teeth so advice is to run away, don't stop at the structure. I recommend Dr. Kohen who listens to her patients and is very attentive. She took good care of me after I had previously consulted other dentists who were not able to find what I had. Thanks to Dr. Kohen, I can drink hot and cold without any discomfort or tooth pain. I consulted several dentists who half-listened to me or took me for an imaginary patient... Others stupidly pulled out my already erupted wisdom teeth. Some people told me "maybe you are not brushing your teeth properly", even though I have very little tartar (fact verified by Prédentis). My conclusion is that some practitioners ignore gum problems. All I had to do was find a specialist. A journey of several years which led me to Prédentis where my gums and teeth were saved (at least until today :) three years after treatment). I'm not used to giving my feedback publicly in this way, but some negative comments prompted me to write. So yes, the overall treatment requires the real involvement of the patient... But it works! Extremely happy with my consultation. Doctor Kohen took the time to listen to me, explain and reassure me. For three months I have been going back and forth between the dentist and my former partner... I really appreciated that the doctor remained very professional and did not make any comments on the previous treatment received nor the fact that they did not treat me didn't listen before. Arriving 15 minutes early I was very well received. However, two people who arrived after me went before me. In the end, after more than 30 minutes of delay, I decided not to continue.
