I have had 4 artritis related operations in 2022 and I was losing all hope that I will get better. I accidentally discovered Dr Maharaj and he changed my life. I would recommend this doctor to anybody who has artritis related problems.

Im so thankful for Dr Maharaj. After months of not finding any answers from GPs, I was referred to Dr Maharaj due to severe joint inflammation. I was in so much pain for so long and Dr Maharaj helped turn that all around, diagnosing me with SLE Lupus. He is thorough and professional and has compassion and within a few months from the correct treatment and right diet, I was pain free and the Lupus is well under control now for the past 2 years. I’ve recently immigrated to the UK and have needed some guidance while waiting for the public medical system to help, I’m not even a patient of his anymore and he still responded to an email with some questions I had about new medication from here, just shows what a caring doctor he is. Dr Maharaj has been my rheumatologist for almost 4 years now. This doctor has a huge heart for his patients. He demonstrates his care and humility through his treatment by going a step further. Extremely thorough and professional in everything he does. His rates are the best and his staff are extremely kind. I cannot thank him enough for all that his done for me over the years as my doctor. Extremely short and rude. No bed side manner. He was unwilling to listen to me and kept interrupting me with condescending remarks.
I could not possibly recommend Dr Maharaj more. He has taken me from constant pain, diagnosed me and has been more than caring and understanding, not just for my progress but my family as well. I am back to feeling like myself again for the first time in years thanks to him!
I got my life back with Dr Maharaj. I was basically bedridden and almost crippled with pain due to Rheumatoid Arthritis when my GP referred me to Dr Maharaj. Within 5 months of his treatment and care I have got my life back, I can walk again, drive again and now that I’m better I’m so looking forward to getting back to activities that were impossible with RA pain. Wonderful amazing doctor, very friendly, understanding and helpful diagnosing me with Fibromyalgia and doing blood tests.
Professionalism at its best from receptionist to the Dr himself. He patientyle lessons to the patient and he knows what he is doing I would highly recommend him .
For a year now i have been suffering and have been to various doctors and many specialists, ( at great expense, with no medical aid left and very little income due to COVID) its been a nightmare, the last rheumatologist who diagnosed me with some sort of auto immune even if results showed negative and was told to come back in six months time and prescribed drugs that did not agree with me and have never been able to get hold of him once!! i could go on for ages about him BUT from word of mouth found Dr Maharaj and from making an appointment with kind and attentive reception, to my extensive visit with the doctor, I finally feel I will get to the bottom of what I have. Dr Maharaj saved my life 6 years ago. He is an amazing, dedicated doctor who really cares about his patients. I had been misdiagnosed so many times by other doctors, by the time I reached Dr. AB I was in critical condition. He got me through the worst of my illness and has been managing my illness ever since in a way that makes me feel like a normal person, despite being chronically ill. He has drastically improved the quality of my life. I am eternally grateful to him and respect him so much for all that he has done for me and my life. Asha, his receptionist is also super friendly and always shows so much concern for Doctors patients. She is always so helpful and such a delight. Neville as well. We recently had our 1st consultation with Dr Maharaj and it was the most pleasant experience. His receptionist, Asha, was Friendly, Caring, Comforting and went the extra mile to book our consultation at short notice. I've had my second appointment with Dr Maharaj. It has been nothing short of excellence. From the warm reception you receive from Asha and Neville right until you meet Dr Maharaj. He is sympathetic, listens to you, and doesnt rush you along. His treatment is conservative and works just great. I've been pain free for a while now..without a harsh approach on the first try.
