A failed hospital for pediatric emergency. Even government hospitals are better than them. There are no doctors or nurses. Nothing fails. You are usurped and do not want to work.

The application was good and works. After development, it became like asphalt and does not work, in addition to an increase in the prices of doctors and services. May God help the poor.

Today is Sunday, Shaban 22, 1445 AH / Honestly, the worst hospital I have ever visited. There are no doctors and no staff style. Every employee throws you at the other, and the doctor does not understand his job and has no knowledge of matters. As for the insurance approval department, they need to be completely uprooted and changed completely and in detail. They do not have the slightest methods of dealing and do not know their job as a whole. And a terrible delay, and they put employees who do not know a single Arabic letter, underestimating the auditors. I mean, I learn English and review with them. As for Saudi Arabia, it does not give you a face and the right to insurance either. Every question tells you that I do not know. I don't know how to see anyone else.. The nurses at the doctors are as if they were from the Friday market, frankly, especially the orthopedic department. There is no doctor or nurse. The worst experience in my life and it will not be repeated, God willing.... (Show more)

Poor handling in the pharmacy and dispensing of medication include unjustified delay, indifference to patients, and inefficiency at work. Please look into the hospital administration seriously. Poor handling in the pharmacy and dispensing of medication include unjustified delay, inappropriate ways of dealing with patients, and inefficiency at work. I seek the management to seriously look into this issue.... (Show more)

Pharmacy process is too slow wasting the time. The way the pharmacy works is very slow and a waste of time, knowing that the pharmacy is a dangerous place that causes infection.

The Sudanese doctor in the emergency room, may God not grant you success, just as you feared for our mother. He spoke badly and feared all for the sake of taking extra money while she was healthy and there was nothing wrong with her.

My experience at Mana Al-Khobar Hospital, in all honesty, and I swear by God, I am a martyr - the outpatient clinics are the worst experience I have ever had in my life with Dr. Adel Salem Mesiri, a Libyan nationality, a cardiologist consultant. He is supposed to have even a shred of humanity and professionalism, and he is almost called a doctor, but he is not like that, and I do not advise him. Whoever fears for his life will never stay away from this person... (Show more)

An integrated hospital with multiple specialties, competent and qualified doctors, and excellent services. The physical therapy department is one of the worst departments. There is an artist whose name I keep, N.M., whose behavior is condescending to references and raises her voice without the slightest regard for humanity. I do not doubt her knowledge of physical therapy, but her ethics in dealing with reviews do not reflect good manners. I filed a complaint No. 2678, but there was no life for the person she called, and the complaint was closed without any significant action being taken. I tried hard to contact the hospital director, but his secretary prevented me from doing so, and finally I told her to call. B has not responded as of this writing. The pharmacy improves for a while and does not last most of the time. It is bad, in addition to the shame of calling names out loud and not putting prescription instructions on the medications “Now there is an improvement in this file.” Prescription instructions: The patient’s name, file number, doctor’s name, and number of doses are placed on the “Mahmoud Development” medication. Waiting is not a problem for me as long as the medications are dispensed correctly. Recently, we have noticed that the pharmacy’s performance is declining due to the lack of availability of some prescribed medications on time, and the administration does not take any action and must intervene to find out the reason and develop effective solutions to prevent the recurrence of this problem that is troubling the customers. If the pharmacy does not bear responsibility, I demand that the hospital administration close the pharmacy and reach an agreement with pharmaceutical companies known for their compliance. The good clinics include eyes, bones, skin, and nerves...and physical therapy lacks specialized staff and must be rehabilitated. The Patient Affairs Department neither offers nor delays. They record the complaint, but put it in file 13. You try to contact the hospital director but are unable, and the secretary prevents you from reaching the director, or the director does not respond to your inquiries and does not pay attention to you. They do not answer the phone for standard appointments at 7:50 PM and claim that it is outside working hours, even though calls for appointments are received until 8:00 PM. The center's messages are still linked to entry and require you to apply "Tawakkalna", even though the pandemic measures have been lifted by the Ministry of Health. Dr. Nasser Zein Al-Din, “dermatologist,” is competent but has a narrow chest. You have to wait more than half an hour to get in. December 10, 2023, time is 8:45 am and check-in is 09:15 am Dr. Raafat Ali is good and kind and takes and gives with you. Dr. Hossam Abdel Razek is very professional and follows up during attendance, but he is stressed in reviewing inpatients and does not come until late. My rating for the doctors is 8 out of 10, physical therapy is 3 out of 10, and the pharmacy is 0 out of 10. As for the administration, the rating is 1 out of 10. Sometimes the laboratory drops some tests for no reason and you have to do them again. Technicians have no problems in their work so far. Rating 3 out of 10. The pharmacy’s WhatsApp contact number is never answered. The unified number today, December 3, 2023, does not work. Also, February 12, 2024, the unified number does not work, and there is no alternative except the backward application. The overall rating is 7.5 out of 10. In reference to the pharmacy’s performance, the rating is 3 out of 10. Provides medical services and medical staffs are professional to some extent. Pharmacy is the weakest link. Not enough medication and most of the time are not available. Therefore, we urge Hospital Management to outsource Pharmacy and make agreement to let local pharmacies to take the role of dispensing medication. Evaluation 3 out of 10.... (Show more)

How nice of the comments about the hospital: 80% criticize the service provided. Honesty, I dealt with them and my observation, like the observations of most brothers, is a lack of time commitment to appointments I wish there was transparency in dealing with these opinions

In the physical therapy department, Amira Al-Ghamdi is excellent and cooperative. She gives you hope and patience and gives you motivation.

I did a blood test and it was painful once, and they draw blood while it is moving inside, and the situation is normal for them. It happened more than once!! I hope you see the solution!

A very failed hospital. If you go to the emergency room, you stay for half a day until your turn comes, another half a day for the doctor to come to you, and half a day for them to prescribe treatments for you.

I thank Dr. Muhammad Al-Malwani, consultant neurosurgeon, who is very wonderful in diagnosing and treating the condition, clarifying the causes, and answering every question or inquiry with a beautiful spirit. He has all my thanks and appreciation.

I swear I'm re-evaluating it just to give it from bad to worse. The pharmacy is one of the worst pharmacies ever, and it is the pinnacle of slowness, not slowness, and manipulation of the nerves and pain of patients. By God, it has reached the point that there is no one but me in the pharmacy, and they have not spoken my name or called for it. Please convince me why I have to wait more than two hours at the pharmacy only to dispense medications. I ask the hospital administration and those in charge of it to solve the pharmacy problem so as not to escalate the matter to the competent authorities.... (Show more)
