Was born in San Paolo Belsito (Na) on 05.03.1967. I'll start by saying that the patient is not me but my husband... having said this I can only say that the doctor is uniquely professional, she always welcomes you into her office with a smile on her face despite stress and tiredness after many hours of work ...she carries out her work with a lot of dedication, not to mention the human side, always ready to listen and support.....we were lucky enough to meet her a few years ago and we can only say that Dr. Napolitano Maria is the top of dermatology❤️... Professionally I don't know her and obviously I don't allow myself to give an opinion, but it's absurd that you make an appointment, organize yourself and have the secretary call you the day before to see if the appointment can be moved, up to this point it can go well, in fact it's ok , I agree to move the appointment, she makes me go to 1.30pm because I say that I have to go to work by 3.30pm, but I find other people in the waiting room, I wait for the doctor to come out and I ask her for explanations, she gives the blame the secretariat saying that he made a mess with the appointments and then says that if the people present agreed to let me come in after the visit I would go in and instead despite having received the OK from the people at the end of the visit he calls another patient and then yet another, of unique discourtesy and rudeness and in the end I'm glad I didn't pay the visit because people very close to her who know her well also professionally told me that they didn't want to save themselves and to go elsewhere... I visited the doctor, without even moving from where she was sitting she looked at me, made her ruling and got paid. All this in 5 minutes.
Of course he knows me. With three laser tattoo removal sessions, it left me with permanent scars. His secretaries/sisters were also about to attack us not only verbally, but also physically, at the risk of making my mother feel bad. To apply an anesthetic cream, my sister took me into the kitchen, where there was still an open tablecloth with food and panettone on the table. Maximum hygiene! Highly not recommended.. Because of this "lady" I find myself disfigured and she didn't even respond to my requests to resolve the problem.... (Show more)
First of all I'll start by saying that if there had been 10 stars I would have clicked all 10.. I don't know how some people can judge Dr. Maria Napolitano in her work environment, the Doctor has treated me in the past and is still doing so today for "cystic acne", a procedure that is not at all easy, in fact I take the liberty to say quite complex and that not everyone knows how to solve. For all those people who say that the doctor is a very exhausted person, believe me, this is absolutely not the case. I allow myself to say all this because I think that the Doctor is a very good person, a person " WHO DOES NOT SEEK ABOUT EXPENSES AND ESPECIALLY MONEY as many other Doctors do, but a person who really works to make you feel good, a person who follows you step by step, a person who, even if you ask for help by phone at 11:00 in the evening, answers you with kindness and courtesy. I finish by saying that we saw each other today and I was really pleased and that FOR ME you are the BEST ever. See you next month.... (Show more)
I have known Dr. Napolitano for several years now and, although I do not like this type of "reports" given that I consider them extremely reductive in the medical field, I feel obliged to express regret in reading such negative reviews, because to say the least they are far from the reality. My family and I have been visited several times by Dr. Napolitano and on each occasion we have found a professional who welcomed us in a high profile place, with professionalism and competence. The negative comments reported, compared to the more positive ones, in my opinion denounce a lack of "lucidness" in giving a correct opinion with the sole purpose of denigrating if not offending a professional, while believing it is right to leave everyone the right to speak. I would strongly recommend Dr. Napolitano to everyone for her professionalism and education. Thanks GD... (Show more)
I paid a visit almost a month ago, she seemed helpful and professional. He told me that I had to start a very invasive treatment but that I had to do blood tests and many other checks first. Once I got the results I should have sent them to him via WhatsApp to get the go-ahead and begin the treatment. 1 never responded on whatsapp 2 told me that I had to take a treatment with isotretinoin when I don't even have that bad acne. Absolutely disproportionate professionalism-cost ratio.... (Show more)
I strongly advise against it! she is a very exhausted "lady", not at all professional and above all rude. He visited me for 2 minutes standing at the door, didn't prescribe anything, told me to put on a "dove" type moisturizing cream and asked me for €100 even though they told me the cost was €70. He started yelling saying that in the her office could do what she wanted, that she was a "doctor", she started scratching her face, it was a real nervous breakdown, and only after a good 15 minutes did she give me a requested invoice. I couldn't wait to get out of that old-fashioned room... I think it's an old apartment in which they lean, the telephone number of the studio doesn't exist, if you call an elderly lady will answer, it's the house of Mrs Napolitano's mother.... (Show more)
Excellent professional, competent, kind and helpful. The doctor is always up to date on medical news in the dermatology sector. I thank you and I confidently recommend you.
Zero professionalism, demonstrates symptoms of nervous breakdown... not recommended for respectable and civilized people...
