In reference to my previous review, of which I avoided specifying what happened (after you asked my lawyer to have it canceled because it was negative), I underline that a very serious fact was omitted in the firm's response: the teeth whitener that I it was suggested to use it shouldn't have been prescribed to me because I was pregnant (of which the studio was aware), and as per the product instructions, which I found independently on the internet (because I wasn't even given those) , it is clearly specified that the product is not to be used during pregnancy or during breastfeeding.... I have turned to this practice for years just for teeth cleaning. At the beginning, with Dr. Sara C. the service was nothing short of fantastic, then after years the doctor no longer practiced at the practice and the quality of the service is it gradually got worse, until it reached rock bottom this summer with an embarrassing cleaning to say the least: tartar removal carried out in about 25 minutes with just a quick pass with an ultrasonic manipulator and manual tools. The times are over with careful cleaning between one tooth and another using an abrasive thread, polishing and final application of fluoride. Conclusion: €82 wasted and with them lost a customer. I recently had my teeth cleaned and I must say that I felt very comfortable. Professional and competent staff.

I give one star because I waited 25 minutes, the cleaning lasted 20 minutes and I spent €102 He didn't let me look at myself in the mirror like hygienists usually do and when I got home I found it One tooth still stained. I made an appointment with Dr. Piccardo by finding him on the internet, yes because after bad, painful and expensive previous experiences, I chose online. I recommend Dr. to everyone. Piccardo, honest (tax receipt always even if not requested and of the actual value of the payment!) and highly professional and kind as is his assistant. He also always gave me anesthesia at my request without any problem. I'm this way satisfied that my wife has also decided that she will turn to him and our two year old daughter will certainly be one of his patients sooner or later, I am sure that she too will not be afraid of the dentist!
