I strongly advise against this dental clinic. My first visit was okay, but the second visit was by far the worst experience I've ever had in a hospital. First of all, the day before my flight, the person in charge of my file told me that the hotel I was staying in for the first visit was no longer available and that I would have to pay an extra €20 per night. for another hotel. I declined, as the original deal was for the “Dossi Dosso” hotel. Finally, the manager suggested to me that the hotel has in the agreement an additional cost of 40 euros per night, which is not acceptable. So I myself booked a hotel for 100€ per night on arrival in Istanbul, the clinic didn't want to know anything about this story which was unfair. Additionally, during my first consultation, I learned that I had to pay a bill of €250 for the root canal treatment, which was not included in the initial report. I was at the clinic every day from 2 p.m. until 9 p.m. for wait time due to a sick doctor, lab delays and other unexplainable issues. The day I tried the temporary teeth was disappointing and the end results were very different from what I expected. The day I had to put in my permanent teeth was a nightmare for me because I stayed until 3:00 in the morning. My teeth were still in bad shape and I had to spend hours in the lab trying to fix them because my flight was scheduled for the next day. Unfortunately, after 2 months, my teeth broke and fell out, which indicates the unprofessionalism of this dental clinic. I would not recommend this dental clinic to anyone as my experience was very negative and disappointing.
