Very Poor Emergency Services! 1 of 5. • Guards are the one collecting patients concerns instead of nurses or medical personnel to assess the urgency. Nagtitipid kayo sa manpower? Security guards are for security concerns! • No sense of urgency. Panay kwentuhan ng staff and guards. Long queue of patients! • They will give you patient-form to fill-in but no pen. Are you expecting patients to bring pen during emergency situations? • They will not prioritize you if you don’t wear face mask. I get it due to covid but can you at least provide face mask? 2-5 pesos per mask lang naman. If you’re not willing to provide it free, have some ready for patients to purchase or charge to their bill. Ended up going outside the hospital to buy face mask. (Update: i left the ER after 30min and find medical care somewhere else kasi mahaba pila at walang urgency talaga)... (Show more)

very dissatisfied with the med tech who took my 9 year old son's blood, he didn't put his hand on it to relax while doing the CBC knowing that he was going to draw blood from a child. When he inserted the needle, he pulled the plunger of the syringe, but he resisted, he wanted to come back, he suspected a few more times, but he didn't get any blood, then while the needle was inserted, he tried to find a vein, he avoided the needle while it was inserted and tried to pull the plunger again. but he wanted to come back and he didn't really get anything when I asked what he was doing he said there was no blood which was disappointing that it was the #ALAGANGVRP that was called.... The worst hospital, especially the nursing division. I just experienced a nurse supervisor who didn't do rorounds, so I don't know what happens on the hospital floors. There are many medication errors that are hidden and remedied. There is no training and research team I hope DOLE can review it. Poor nurses here.... (Show more)

The only problem I always encounter in this hospital is the ER Department. The ER doctor and some of the nurses in charge has no sense of urgency, and always grumpy.

Just went to VRP medical center for my follow up (2nd dose) of anti rabies vaccine. Last Sunday after my first dose I asked the nurse if I need to go to the same facility for my 2nd dose and he said YES. Today, I was advise that 2nd dose will not be covered by my health card provider and need to pay it in cash. I was advise to go to the nearest primary care center of my health card provider. I asked the nurse to give it a try and have it approve because prior me going to VRP I already called my health card provider and I was advised that it is covered. I am not sure if the nurse is just lazy enough to get approval or just didn’t want to do her job. Take note: ER is not that busy. After waiting for 30 minutes no one returned to me to give me an update about the approval. I went straight to the nurse station and get my ID and vaccine card. I was advise that she’s on a call with my health card provider. How come? She’s roaming around the ER and there are other 3 nurse there doing nothing. I am not sure who gave me the wrong info, is it the nurse from my last visit, the rep from my health card provider or the unwilling to help nurse today. I got my 2nd dose in my health card provider primary care clinic in 10mins after I arrived in their facility.... (Show more)

The experience is great except that they overcharge my ER visit. Too much unnecessary injection and charges to my healthcard. Too much money lost. They could have atleast given me oral meds when my vitals are ok.

I've been to the emergency room, the persolan is kind but very slow and I had the impression of being assisted by young nurses and students without much experience, in fact while I was asking questions they didn't know what to answer, I didn't even see the shadow of a specialized doctor who came to talk to me, paying 23k... An absolute nightmare. Endured excruciating pain during a two-hour wait in the ER. Opted to go to another hospital and received care within just 30 minutes.

This is the worst hospital, guards will tell you to go there and there and there I dont know if they know anything about the hospital. The information lady was rude she dont even bother helping just pushing me to use e-konsult without assesing my situation. I take calls 8hrs a night and I cant barely speak I felt pain in my left side of neck fever didnt occur since it started 5 days ago. People here are heartless, avoiding patients that needs help. Bring this hospital down pls its useless... (Show more)

I regret bringing my husband here. ER is not ER at all. We arrived at 10:45PM and they sent us to covid section just because my husband has diahrrea. They said that if the swab test is negative they gonna move us to ER1. When they get negative result after 7 hours of waiting in the ER they said we still cant get transfer to ER1 since they still have to confirm to the attending doctor the result of xray. OMG after 12 hours, thats the only time they said we are ok to move. 12 hours of waiting in the ER for just an xray result! No sleep, no food. Very bad and disappointing!... (Show more)

Worst ER in the metro with substandard facility and service. We waited for 5 hours for the lab results and without urgency. 😡😡😡 …

Super stress private hospital from unfriendly admitting staff to unconsiderable guard to rude elevator operator. They even ask for advance payment of 10k, i believe it’s against ra8344. I just hope the DOH will do something about this and also the owner of this hospital. Worst experience.

We are so sorry to hear about your experience Mr. Navoa. As relayed to your wife and sister-in-law, we are reviewing your interactions with our guards and admitting staff to determine the corrective actions that need to be taken. We are likewise sorry for the inconvenience our hospital protocols may have caused you. Admittedly, we strictly adhere to these protocols set by our infection control committee to ensure the safety of each and every patient, visitor, practitioners and staff of the hospital. During our conversation, your wife told me that she voluntarily gave the 10k to the hospital admitting section, soon after the patient was admitted in the emergency room. Our records show that patient was given emergency medical treatment even before any payment was made. Please feel free to get in touch with us should you need further clarification. We hope your mother-in-law continues to recover fully.

Arrived at VRP ER 1:24pm and got discharged around 4pm… Thats 3hrs of waiting just to get nothing. The SG at ER2 doesnt even know how to handle a patient with care. He said “maghintay lang po kayo jan at wala tayong magagawa.” I was already chilling and really feeling dizzy. So slow service!!!!!!!!!!!

James Paulo Bobiles - a year ago - Review Provided by Google Maps

Service was OK, however most of the doctors here are NOT nice. I even met this rude secretary who speaks unprofessionally on the phone. I love the service here but seriously I would like to be taken care of elsewhere, I won't question why I waited so long just to be told of unnecessary things.

Complete with HMO accreditation so no hassle when it comes to securing an appointment with a doctor. Like most hospitals, doctors tend to be late as expected.
