Completely unacceptable service. Communication was poor, and the lack of basic courtesy—both over the phone and in person—was shocking. For a medical practice, this level of unprofessionalism is appalling. Patients deserve respect and proper care, not rudeness and disregard.

Always served politely and professionally. Staff is friendly and know what they are doing. Recommend.

The receptionist/appointment agent over the phone was not helpful and extremely rude. She rushed me off the phone and essentially hung up on my face. I find the service in the past at the clinic not the best. If i could give the Zero Star I would.

I cant even begin to say how rude the reception staff was ,i am still in shock of the rudeness.I am a medical professional and all i can say is you would not want to be actually sick!

Lucinda is incredibly kind and professional. I would highly recommend Dodder Park Medical for a GP.

Wanted to have bloods done while attending for a test result. The cost for this would have been 110 euro and 1 euro for a mask if i had forgotten to bring my own.staff and gp were nice ,but a very expensive visit,if I had gone ahead with it.

I received a great service from Dodder Park Medical and was greeted and dealt with by very friendly staff. Deirdre was excellent. Would recommend.

I had a totally terrible experience attending with Dr. Lucinda Dockeray. Please if you are able find a different GP.

I have Dr Lucenda as my GP who is lovely, the reception is always helpful and the other doctor I met was very friendly and calming, too. Would recommend.

GP practice, nurse n reception are all good, doing their job fair. I faced major challenge calling the GP practice. I’m waiting for a call from GP nurse to confirm next course of action, me n my wife are going through lot of stress n anxiety in this regard. We were waiting whole day y’day n trying to reach the practice today again with no success. Many a times when I call the practise during working hours, I keep hearing the message ‘GP practice is now closed’. This happens mostly after lunch n in morning hours n just before closing.... Excellent service by a very empathetic team of caring staff from reception, to nurse and doctosr. Would highly recommend Dr. Lucinda Dockeray , Dr. Michael O'Gorman and her team to anyone.

The worst medical center I have ever set foot in. Sent me off with an infection and no prescription to clear it up. I was told the doctor would get in touch with me with the best course of action, that was two weeks ago. I have rang multiple times since as my symptoms are getting worse and still no word back. Early last year Dr Lucinda was great and efficient to refer me to St Vincent Hospital for further breast checked after she found lumps on my breast, and i glad i went to see her. It is a nice clinic to have locally.

Great area doctors. Friendly, efficient, reliable front desk and wonderful doctors. Recommended by other doctors for a reason.

I have been a patient for 8 or 9 years now and I have to say this is the best medical practice I have ever been in doctors are so friendly receptionist staff are fantastic and even went above and beyond the call of duty last week to help me with my prescription and iam 31 weeks pregnant I wouldn't go anywhere else... Keith O’Hara the owner of this practice is highly unprofessional. I received very poor customer service and was charged extra for a referral letter. When I questioned this charge he refused to give it me me. This practice epitomises everything that is wrong with the medical system on Ireland.

Terrible customer service. Found the doctor (Michelle) to be rude also. I went for a random blood test and Michelle put the needle through my vein out the other side resulting in me getting a Hematoma which is internal bleeding. I could not straighten my arm for one week and had a huge bruise for 3 weeks and pain in my arm, what was meant to be a routine injection turned into 3 weeks of misery. And when I rang them they said I would have to pay to see the doctor again, I was shocked cause it was her negligence that required me to have my arm looked at again due to no fault of my own. Safe to say I did not go back and my regular GP seen me in between patients free of charge. I would not recommend this practice. Worst customer service I ever experienced. Trust me.... (Show more)
