Bad attention. They don't answer the phones, out of 20 calls I have made they have answered 1 and I have been trying to talk to them for about 2 months. I have to dial the doctor's secretary's personal phone number, it is the only effective way I found to talk to them. Today I had an appointment (which I had made for more than a month) with them and, upon arriving, it turned out that THE DOCTOR WAS NOT HERE and they had not been treating anyone FOR DAYS. As a result, they did not attend to me despite being noted in the appointment agenda, they did not notify me in advance that they were not going to attend to me. I asked them if they had a procedure in those cases and they told me yes but that the administrator “missed it.” I don't live in Nuevo León, I only came for that appointment (evaluation/rhinomodeling), so, obviously, it bothers me that they are not responsible with the appointments and times they schedule and that they do not answer calls to clarify doubts. It seems to me to be a very poorly qualified and poorly managed office to care for patients. Note: I ask the person who manages this website to show my review to the doctor so that he knows what has been happening to me and they change their way of administering themselves so that it is not repeated with other people.... I had rinoplasthy done with Dr. Fhame results were not the expected, my nose still looks crooked which was main concern, after several messages and one visit in which he insure to fix the problem he has not done so yet. Overall, terrible experience and I wish I can get all the money I spent back.

I am very disappointed by the results of my eyelid surgery. Exactly one year ago and the bags in my eyes "ALREADY" are just as bulging, I look tired, which is why I made the decision to have surgery.
