Doctor Call St. Ann’s Square

Brought my kid there for their GP service. Lucky enough we were able to reserve a same day slot online after simple registration. The gentleman at reception was kind and helpful. Didn’t have to wait long to see Dr Petreanu. She has given a thorough examination to my kid and answered all the questions we had. Perhaps our worry on the kid’s condition was quite obvious, Dr Petreanu was kind enough to offer a free phone consultation if the situation doesn’t improve after 2 days. Absolutely shambolic. I don't understand how the attending doctor even had a medical practicing licence. Wasted my time and money. They told me back whatever I told them? and then said go to the hospital? gave me a note to present which was not signed and had a gazillion spelling mistakes. The note literally only had what I told them? just a history without any actualy advice or detail. Avoid at all cost. This practice should be quality checked by the GMC.... (Show more)

Used Doctorcall Manchester several times. Found them very good, efficient and helpful. Have a very good relationship built up with Offshore Medical doctors (Mainly Dr Petreanu) who have been nothing but helpful and a million times better than other medical centrres I have had to use in the past for offshore medicals (In Aberdeen). They sorted out our kuwait visa medical nice and easily. Appointment booking was straightforward and doctors were nice. However, the referral to the spires Manchester hospital was very unefficient. I've used them 3 times and twice out of the 3 times they didn't communicate well with spires making us wait and having to contact Doctorcall again to put the referral through again... (Show more)

By far my worst visit to a physician. I don’t know the name of the doctor who examined me but she was extremely rude and made me feel like a job rather than a human. There is the possibility that she was having an extremely difficult day, but it doesn’t excuse her speaking to me like a child, cutting me off, and avoiding eye contact. Following my appointment I went to pick up the (over the counter) medication she advised me to take but quickly found out that it needed a prescription… that she didn’t give me. In the end my issue was never resolved, my time was wasted, and I am now £75 out of pocket... (Show more)

Attended for a Covid PCR Test for flight. Very clean and welcoming clinic. The staff were very friendly and the results were sent very quickly with a flight certificate. No problems at all - Highly recommend

Horrible service!! I Lost a flight cause the clinic didn't send me the results on time!! After call 100 times and send emails finally they send me the results but It was too late so i had to buy a new flight! Not profesionals at all!! Avoid! I paid £100 for a PCR instead to pay £40 for antigen test thinking this clinic is serious and not!!... (Show more)

After reading the amount of bad reviews, slating the company for their postal testing, I was really worried as I booked in for an in clinic apt for a PCR swab. I called the helpline and assured me that it wasn't a scam and the test would come back after 48 hrs of being taken. Me and my partner, went to the clinic in Manchester, they were very friendly, efficient and put plenty of safety measures into place. The tests came back by email exactly 48 hours after, and I was over the moon as I had prepared for the worst. We're now finishing off a lovely week in Cyprus and soon to be returning home. Would definitely recommend getting an in clinic apt though, as I've seen a tad few issues with p&p. Definitely worth the extra money, and they will help keep your mind at ease.... (Show more)

I was uncertain of what's in store subsequent to perusing the surveys, yet had an extremely wonderful encounter. I required a COVID test for movement. Indeed, it is alarming to need to pay the whole expense ahead of time. Be that as it may, things went without a hitch. Upon appearance, I was approached to round out a structure and quickly coordinated to a holding up region. The specialist (Dr Shelley Wright) called for me in practically no time; she clarified the swab test and did it with no issues. I was in and out of the facility inside 15 minutes. I was unsure of what to expect after reading the reviews, but had a very pleasant experience. I needed a COVID test for travel. Yes, it is unnerving to have to pay the entire fee in advance. However, things went smoothly. Upon arrival, I was asked to fill out a form and promptly directed to a waiting area. The doctor (Dr Shelley Wright) called for me within minutes; she explained the swab test and did it without any issues. I was in and out of the clinic within 15 minutes. I got my result back in less than 36 hours, which was a pleasant surprise! One word of caution--the place can be a bit hard to find. Look for a building roughly opposite Moss Bros. with an intercom at the entrance; they are located on the 5th floor and you have to buzz them to be let in.... (Show more)

Absolutely disgusting company. Used for PCR test, still none received after 4 days after being constantly lied to on the phone being told ‘yours will be in the next batch’. Nobody calls or emails you back either. Cost me my holiday. Go elsewhere.

Went to get a covid test for our flight next week. Was quite pricey but was very professional and fast. Not too sure what the other negative reviews experienced but our service was great.

Used their service for a PCR certificate for travel. They gave me the results in about 30 hours (The maximum they say it takes is 48h). You have to pay in advance (150 pounds) but if you cancel the appointment 24h before they say they give you a full reimbursement. Everything seemed very professional.... (Show more)

Avoid !!Avoid !! Avoid a bunch of criminals and liars who have come together to make money. I missed my flight twice because of these. Lied to me so many times. They never answer the phone. They should be shut down!!!

Horrible service. Went for a Covid-19 PCR test for flying purposes and they sent me the certificate with the wrong name on it. I had to call 7 times in order for them to send me the correct document even though I was told that they are taking care of it. I visited the clinic on Friday the 4th of December for a PCR covid test in order to travel abroad. At the beginning i was a bit concerned because of some bad reviews. Although my experience was unexpectedly good. The staff was well organized and polite and I got my results within 30 hours. Well done!!!... (Show more)

Fraudulent company. They actually charged my wife's card for not turning up. Absolutely disgraceful!! BEWARE
