Hello everyone I didn't want to offer an opinion. But I would like to moderate all the praise written, Dr. Benyacoub. . Certainly, I think you are a good surgeon, who appears humane, even very pleasant, during the first and second visits. For my part, the operation went well overall BUT: there were not enough explanations or support for the future, the time between the operation and the post-op visit was too long, and when I called the secretary to share some real and experienced problems, I felt that I was disturbing. The attending physician had to ensure, without reporting the operation. My pain, also real, was almost denied and not covered..in short, the nurse who came to do my dressings was right: the surgical procedure carried out, the after-sales service is almost non-existent. We are left to our own devices... So, where is humanity? You are a good cosmetic surgeon, of course, hence the 3 stars, but it would be good to remember that you are initially a doctor and therefore, beyond the technical act, relieving the pain felt by your patients should be a priority. Stay human and empathetic. Damage... But, to moderate my own opinion, there are worse people than you in your field (humanly speaking; there are chirs who ONLY do this for money and are not respectful of their patients). It's not nothing to resort to surgery, psychologically speaking... On the other hand, congratulations to all the caregivers, and non-caregivers at the Saint André clinic. Catastrophic rhinoplasty in 2018. I still suffer from it 5 years later... Since then I have undergone 2 other operations, this time "reparative" (with another surgeon).. I can only advise someone who wants a rhinoplasty to have it done by an ENT surgeon. Nose surgery is truly a specialized and complex specialty: it can, as in my case, cause severe respiratory problems (not to mention a failed aesthetic result).... (Show more)

Appointments made more than 8 months in advance for the only remaining slots. I made arrangements to travel and come!! And the secretary tells me that it’s over 40 minutes late. I am very disappointed!!! and I find this disrespectful!!! The secretary didn't even try to ask the surgeon's opinion to get another appointment within the month!!!!! and offers me another meeting 3 months later. As if it was my fault!!!!
