From now on, when you call the hospital, you come across a voice assistant who asks you 1000 questions without understanding our answers and above all without directing us to the right department. We want real people to answer our phone calls. The subject is the health of our children all the same!
No parking entrance for pregnant women or those accompanying them with reduced mobility, not nice
Pediatric emergency to escape, endless waiting time, no priority all children are housed in the same boat except 3 month old babies, otherwise pre-teens can go before young children like the case of my daughter (3 years old with fever) he was given doliprane and was off to hours of waiting, no consideration whatsoever...I thought that this hospital was renowned for its good organization and rapid care...there was none of that, I turned back and signed a waiver to get out. And I won't set foot there again!... (Show more)
Professional Medicine Listening to children, family Who answers our questions! Welcoming environment!
I'm leaving with my son, it went very well, I'm having a lot of financial difficulty buying medicine and I have a lady who did everything to have an appointment with her, thank you very much, I'm leaving with a relieved heart. I spoke well with Mrs. Alises, she did me a lot of good, thank you very much, Maimouna, with her son, Kahb, thank you... (Show more)
Being lugged from department to department for more than 2 hours of calls several times a day simply to postpone an appointment, no one answers, we are transferred non-stop to the departments, no one knows.... no one responds to emails.... .how do we do ?
Frankly maxillofacial service the absence of surgeon on weekends and public holidays unless they are called in an emergency otherwise they are interns (non-qualified doctors) who are present and entrusted tasks which should be assigned to them to nurses already overloaded after a few days (drainage). We're not even talking about the arrogance of certain interns who would benefit from reviewing a patient communication module (some obviously have things to prove (be careful if you ask too many questions you're inflating it, especially one) The head of department is non-existent in 2 weeks, not seen once, yet in the absence of a doctor he should be the first to set an example and be on site! As for the menus, if your child needs a special diet (anti-inflammatory), you should not count on the public hospital, although paid for by our taxes, to have one! Same menu for everyone. Top-notch nurses and caregivers! The doctors (the real ones) when they are there you have to recognize that you have excellent care!... (Show more)
My son has been followed in the ophthalmological department by a professor for 10 years. It's perfect.
Pediatric emergency, 5 month old baby with gastro, vomiting, no longer takes his bottles, risk of dehydration. The nurse looked down on us and put my little girl in after all the emergencies. Morning nurse from 9 a.m. to 12. Dehumanized as possible, let her change emergency jobs. Left after 4 hours without seeing a doctor. To flee...... (Show more)
Necker has certainly lost its splendor!!!! Arriving at 6:20 p.m. for PEDIATRIC ENT treatment, I had already come in November because my daughter has had repeated ear infections: we are on the 8th in 3 months!!!! after an episode of high fever that does not go down and chills several times during the night and despite antibiotics the pediatrician recommends that I go to the emergency room... I am told that there is no longer any ENT care available the protocol has changed and my daughter will see a doctor and not an ENT (ENT treatment is only NOW for blood coming out of the ear and the intrusion of a foreign object????weird I am came in November and I saw an ENT directly?) in short in the end taken care of at 3 a.m. and nothing more I was given the same antibiotic and urine test to be carried out on site at 5 a.m.!!!! so 11 hours on site to avoid I understand that babies under 3 months have priority but all those arriving in private ambulances and leaving 15 minutes later no!!! An emergency resolved in 15 minutes? Review how an emergency is qualified!!! When you are 15 months old, 9 hours in a waiting room is inhumane... In short, to be avoided I would say but it is becoming a generality...++ women at reception and smiling nurses...... (Show more)
We met Dr Bremont in May 23 following a malformation of our daughter's left eye. An MRI is organized in the same hospital 6 months later to ensure that there are no other disorders/malformations and to see if surgery is possible. Finally, two weeks later this MRI was brought forward to mid-June without knowing the reason. We come out of there with only information “the doctor will meet with the radiologists and we will get back to you”. I was able to obtain the results of this MRI only 4 months later and following multiple attempts to contact their service (by telephone or email), all unsuccessful. I finally managed to contact Dr Bremont's secretariat at the end of October who told me "we do not have the MRI results, please send them to us and we will get back to you". First observation, the MRI was taken in the same establishment and at the request of Dr Bremont and yet no communication between the two services!! Is it up to the patient's family to make the link between the two?! Second observation, the response given at the end of October was the same as we were given in May/June! Is this a bad joke? Lack of communication, patient and family left behind. Almost 8 months after the examination, we have had no debriefing of the results with any doctor, no focus of care, no contact with anyone from the medical team. Consideration 0, pitiful support. One wonders if “performing and billing for a procedure” is not more important than taking into account the health problem itself. We were directed towards this establishment and these services in particular by our ophthalmologist who follows our daughter in Bordeaux because “they are the only ones who will be able to give you answers”. To date it's been a cold shower, not the slightest answer, just more questions and anxieties. Even our ophthalmologist can no longer get answers from them! A real disillusionment... (Show more)

Excellent support for prenatal diagnosis. The healthcare team is extremely efficient and friendly (very reassuring with my husband and me) THANKS !
Top-notch maxillofacial surgical emergencies. Thank you very much for your support.
Serious hospital but for some doctors it is unacceptable MR doctor Vinit Nicolas who takes you more than 3 hours late without excuse who in addition to not saying hello and when you arrive at 9 a.m. at the hospital for an appointment echoing 12 p.m. and you then have an appointment with him at 4 p.m. and he sees you waiting since noon he is not even able to take you in for a consultation when there is barely 15 minutes, no he prefers to go eat quietly and let you wait with your 13 month old baby for 4 hours which is unacceptable coming from a health professional and especially from a reputable hospital like Necker a doctor like that has nothing to do in a reputable hospital!!!!!!!!...
