Hello everyone, you are very very careful, it's not a doctor, it's a scam, I paid €75 and she didn't confirm the appointment, take care of yourself

I would have done better to look at the reviews before... symptoms of angina and conjunctivitis, dr examined my throat for 15 seconds, watch in hand in the light of an iPhone, she prescribed antibiotics for my throat and eyes without asking any questions, viral or bacterial for example, the base, and prescription with missing dosage, dr disappears for 5 minutes, returns with TPE, 60€, and dr disappears again after asking me where I worked, an exchange intense, about 8 seconds, I really felt like I was disturbing. I immediately went to see another doctor. (On the other hand +1 for the setting of this great farce)... (Show more)

I made two video appointments with this doctor, during the second video, she was not looking at the screen, very unpleasant! I don't recommend it at all and it's also late.

She takes advantage of the weakness of her clients to extract money from them. Disrespectful and unethical doctor.

Very bad experience with my son. I do not recommend this money pump!

60€ for 2 minutes of consultation, prescription not even complete... Hangs up before even finishing speaking, not even time to say goodbye. The shame of French medicine.

If I could have given 0 stars I would have done so. I made an appointment for a video consultation for a renewal of treatment. This dear lady was 20 minutes late, did not deign to turn on the camera and did not even apologize. The consultation lasted less than a minute tops, she hung up on me and I was wonderfully surprised to discover that she charged me 60 euros for that! This person (who I won't even call a doctor) has no ethics. TO FLEE !!!!... (Show more)

Call on time, which lasted 1 minute 30 to charge me 60 euros. A shame, a thief. To be banned from doctolib and doctors especially!!!!

Shameful appointment with this doctor that I consult for an allergy of my 3 year old son. She doesn't even bother to show her face and films the ceiling. She prescribed me an anti-stamine without even asking questions or looking at my son. And all this for 75 euros.... A shame

made me wait for 20 minutes, no apology and the video consultation ended in a minute after a long wait the doctor just cut the video in the middle of conversation 70 bucks for nothing, a shame some doctors should their license taken back

A little expensive but we are aware of the prices, efficient doctor and pleasant professional

Faced with a particularly anxiety-provoking emergency, I consulted this practitioner by chance because he was immediately available. This last point should have alerted me. Not only that, I was prescribed treatment including products of the previous generation (and with many more side effects and risks), which I learned, after subsequent consultation with a specialist. But above all, this doctor allows himself to make particularly derogatory and vexatious observations. It's really very limited... especially since with a doctor, we expect the prerequisites: humanity, listening, absence of judgment, etc.... (Show more)

Video consultation on a Saturday for my son who had chickenpox. She didn't even ask to see it on video, she made her prescription based on my simple words, only to charge €75 after 2 minutes of discussion. Incredible, and very, very limited.

A somewhat warm doctor. I only saw her forehead and the ceiling of the room in which she was doing the Visio consultation. Didn't seem to take my information about my work and symptoms seriously. Hung up before I even finished speaking. Fortunately there is a number to reach her by SMS, because on top of that she had forgotten to give me a document after charging me €75 for the consultation. I only put one star because otherwise it won't publish my comment..... (Show more)

30 minutes late, 1 minute 30 minutes of video consultation, €75. Scandal

Octave Molle - 2 years ago - Review Provided by Google Maps

45 minutes late for the video consultation. Zero excuses. 2 minutes of consultation, “Dr” Moga carried out his diagnosis without paying attention to what I was telling him. The icing on the cake was when I presented the prescription to the pharmacy and they informed me that the prescription was invalid because it did not follow the prescription rules. to flee.... Teleconsultation service - 25 minute wait after the validated appointment. No visibility of the person on the screen. I was on the phone with the relations department to find out if it was normal to wait 20 minutes. My communication lasted 4 minutes with two service transfers. I hung up with the service, but barely 1 min 30 and the diagnosis was made, the prescription ready to send. Vomiting = gastro. No request from him if taking medication to check the interactions. Not only is this consultation anything but medical, it is even dangerous. But at the invoiced rate: 1 min = €3000 per hour! Correction: 90€ (20€ supplement) less 12€ service charges =78€/per minute or 4680€/hour! Simply stealing! And above all an absence of professionalism/ethics... (Show more)
