Teleconsultation service - 25 minute wait after the validated appointment. No visibility of the person on the screen. I was on the phone with the relations department to find out if it was normal to wait 20 minutes. My communication lasted 4 minutes with two service transfers. I hung up with the service, but barely 1 min 30 and the diagnosis was made, the prescription ready to send. Vomiting = gastro. No request from him if taking medication to check the interactions. Not only is this consultation anything but medical, it is even dangerous. But at the invoiced rate: 1 min = €3000 per hour!
