Everyone at the office was amazing and listening to my concerns and making an effective plan to make me happy .With my decision to get braces. They made sure to listen to all of my concerns and answered every question that I asked. My sister has been a patient for a while and she loves going to her appointments . They even went as far as matching up appointments for us . Had problem after problem with this place. I will say the front desk staff and some of the hygienists were very nice. And overall I am decently satisfied with the end result of my Invisalign treatment. I would recommend Invisalign, but get it done elsewhere. Miscommunications right off the bat within the first few appointments. Annoying that you had to wait weeks for appointments just to receive subsequent trays, it was a waste of time when I could have been progressing in treatment. Overall I was wearing Invisalign for around 2 years. Over 6 months of that was me just waiting and making no progress. One of the trays I had was causing significant irritation in my mouth. The staff basically tried to gaslight me into saying that it wasn’t the tray that caused it (even though other dental professionals confirmed my belief, and all I wanted was for them to alter the tray). Towards the last few months of my treatment they completely stopped answering the phones. Could never get ahold of them. When it was time to get my “regular” retainer after my treatment, it broke within a few weeks because it is so thin. I know many people with retainers and I have never seen one look so thin. When I inquired if they could make it thicker, they again tried to gaslight me into thinking that it was my fault it broke due to the way I removed it from my mouth and what I thought were retainers were actually bite planes. My sister works at a dental lab and can also confirm that the retainer they provided me was abnormally thin. I am sure this is how they get people to sign up for their lifetime retainer program. I am so pleased with my Invisalign results already and I’m not yet finished treatment! The staff are super friendly and the whole process is easy!

Everyone at the office was amazing and so supportive in my decision to get braces! Even after finding out I had to get double jaw surgery and being terrified, the staff were calm and patient with me and helped guide me into making the right decision to make my smile better!

I am having a great experience with Docbraces, my appointments are fast, everyone is professional. Booking is easy for next appointments or minor repairs. The hygienist I see is fantastic, Taylor MacDonald-I would highly recommend her.
