Me and my wife has good experience with Disera medical center. Dr Mirza is our family physician and was very helpful during our first baby. She is very emphatic, knowledgeable and the best. Would recommend her anytime.

I always had a great experience at Disera Medical Clinic. My family doctor Irene Hwang is always very attentive and caring. Nurse who does allergy shots for my son on Wednesday as well. Receptionists always pick up the phone and resolve my issues right away.

Booked an appointment. Came in. No one addressed me or asked anything. Was just pointed to a terminal. Filled out all the information then proceeded to wait for another 30 minutes until I left. What's the point of booking an appointment? Getting another family doctor elsewhere.

This clinic's inefficiency is frustrating. Whenever I'm ill or need to see my doctor, I'm forced to wait for weeks for an appointment. What's the use of having a doctor if I can't consult them when needed? I'm experiencing suspected sciatica pain, yet I can't reach my doctor because the receptionist insists I wait until a spot opens which may take weeks, despite my urgent request. Why have doctors if resorting to walk-ins becomes necessary? Even when I've visited or booked virtual appointments, I've endured long waits, defeating the purpose of scheduling. I'm thoroughly fed up with this clinic. If you're seeking a doctor, do yourself a favor and avoid signing up here; you'll likely encounter the same misery as many of us have.... (Show more)

Unfortunately I have to agree that my experiences with the admin staff have been some of the worst at any doctor's office. From consistently not picking up the phone and not listening to voicemails to the disorganization of them losing documents or sending them to the wrong place and then lying about it, I would also give 0 stars if I could. The sad part is that they don't seem to want to change anything.... (Show more)

This brown male doctor with glasses was so rude to me and my mother. We went walk-in as I needed a doctors note for some time due to a friends passing. Theres only one bathroom in this walk-in and it is very busy, I really needed to go and i waited about three minutes before deciding that i was going to a store in the area instead (i desperately needed to go). When i came back (it took around 10 minutes in total) my mom called me in, and the doctor was walking out, saying that he needed to take other patients and he needed to at his lunch. So rude, told us to go back and wait in line. I want to stress that i am very busy and have no time waiting in a line again, the fact that i also needed to spend money on getting a note because of my friends passing is so bizarre to me. So that doctor was so rude all of helping and saving people! I hope one day this happens to him. You can put your lunch aside and talk with a patient for 30 more seconds its not that difficult. Do not come here the accountant was also terrible customer service, no smiles at all and she was on the phone for 5 minutes before acknowledging us. Its like a pigs nest in there. So freaking noisy and busy do not go here.... (Show more)

I've had a great experience with Disera Medical Centre. The receptionist always picks up my calls and if I'm put on hold, it's not for long and my issue is resolved right after. Yes, there is a bit of a wait (about 15-20 minutes) to see the doctor once you get there, but in my opinion it's pretty standard for a doctor's office + there could be a delay for a number of reasons outside of the front desk's control. Dr. Bayat was kind, patient, and I immediately felt comfortable in her presence. I would definitely recommend her if anyone is looking for a family doctor!... (Show more)

I’ve been with disera for almost 10 years now. It changed a lot over the last few years and now the reception and doctors are amazing. You might have to wait 15-20 mins past appointment time but otherwise I’ve had a really good experience overall!

Please stay away from this medical center. Unorganized and irresponsible. When you have appointments, you have to always wait an extra 30 to 40 min to see any doctors. When you call with a concern, there is no follow up from any one. I was seeing an allergy specialist in this center and after having a sever reaction to one of the shots. It took 3 phone calls to finally make an appointment and each time I talked about what happened and asked them to follow up with the doctor and get back to me, there was no response or accountability. I am so so sorry that I have even contributed a cent to this business. Nor recommended.... (Show more)

After my previous doctor retired, I started to visit Dr. Joshi for my medical needs. He is a great physician. He does not take matters lightly, nor does he over prescribe. I am very glad to have him as my family doctor.

Excellent experience today. I went there with my 2 year old daughter for her first appointment. The staff is very polite, patient, and helpful. Doctor Kashani is kind, caring, and knowledgeable.

I would give this place 0 stars if possible. Reception is AWFUL. To say they are extremely disorganized is an UNDERSTATEMENT. And at least one of them is consistently, especially RUDE. Another reviewer mentioned being laughed at by the receptionist: this happened to me too, it was extremely hurtful. They cause you so much extra stress and frustration when you are already dealing with tough times. Don't register here. The Doctor also doesn't have time for you. They bulldoze through appointments to get you out of there. No care for patients at any point in the process. Have to ask multiple times for the same thing until finally maybe you get it checked out properly (I have no evidence of this still after all my past appointments though). Good luck to you if you have a couple health/physical issues going at the moment and want to have them treated. HA! I regret registering with this clinic and want to get out. I've never experienced such inferior standards and disconnected approach with patients with either of my 2 previous family doctors. They were golden, real doctors who were skilled at diagnosing your issues (whether they were benign or more serious, you always got an answer from them or from the tests they requested and/or the specialists they referred you to [without you even asking!], or a positive result from the medicine they explained and prescribed to you). Too bad they retired. Here, I feel like the doctor just throws branded products in my face to get me out of there faster instead of assessing deeper and/or providing the referral to a specialist. I don't want to test random things on my body without knowing what is really going on first! This is so ridiculous to me!... (Show more)

We had a horrible experience with the receptionists today at this clinic. The Russian speaking receptionist Sabina Portnoy is extremely rude and unprofessional. She was yelling on me and my mother in front of my 7 years old son and other people at the clinic when we were looking for help as walk in. My mother’s blood pressure went up due to this incident and I was very worried about her so we had to leave without seeing a doctor and seek for a medical help at another place. This receptionist Sabina should not be working at this clinic and has to be replaced!!! Same as the other Russian speaking receptionist with blond red hair (I don’t know her name) who is also rude and has lack of ethical and professional skills! This is the first time I have received such a terrible service from receptionists for the long time I live in Canada. Also, I witnessed that this Sabina receptionist was talking rude to other patients as well in the waiting area and it’s just disturbing. Before going to this clinic, I read reviews (most of them are bad) about this place, but I didn’t expect that the service is going to be that bad. Don’t go there!... (Show more)

This is the worst medical clinic ever!!. If I could give 0 stars I would. I've never seen a medical office as bad as this one! The only reason I came to this medical clinic is because of Dr. Bayat. I heard she was an excellent family physician, so I switched me family doctor to her. I don't recommend the place to anyone. 90% of the receptionist are rude, they put you on hold and don't get back for about 30 min. I'm not sure who this clinic belongs to but I think they need to rethink about who they have working at the front. They keep coming on the phone and putting you on hold. When you ask for information they don't send it to you right away, it takes them weeks to do it and it's not even what you want. You have to explain yourself to multiple people and they still don't understand. When you ask Anna for information she doesn't get it for you, she gives you the run around. All the receptionist will be reported. Enough is enough.... (Show more)

Extremely unprofessional and rude receptionist, she really hates her job. Unpleasant to speak to when you actually need to see a doctor.
