Dévai Outpatient Clinic and Infertility Center

I visited the institution in February 2020. A nice, modern building, seeing the children's photos on the wall gave me the impression that I was in a people-oriented place. They were also polite at the reception. I arrived much earlier, so I was able to comfortably read and fill out the questionnaire. Up to this point everything was fine. Unfortunately, I managed to get in at the appointed time 45 minutes later, the reason for which I do not understand, since there was no one in front of me. I became more and more tense because I had to get back to work on time. I managed to do this, but only because the doctor kept it as short as possible and didn't seem like he cared about my problem. After the reviews I read here, I dared to go for a flask consultation and was very pleasantly disappointed. Doctor Dévai and the team around him were also very kind, helpful and empathetic.

I don't recommend them to anyone, they're not normal, they don't do anything, they just send us here and there, we went here for 2 years, but it was enough, we pay a lot of money for tests for nothing, I always come back with the fact that the find has expired, everyone should stay away, and the people who work there are condescending, they don't care about anything , no sympathy, this institute should be closed... It's a terrible place to treat people who have lost hope like this, it's a condescending barn, so why do they work there? I went home crying, the doctor didn't even listen to my problems.. I don't recommend it..

We went there for the first time today, my husband couldn't come in to prevent covid. Everyone was very nice and helpful! I was completely satisfied with everything.

update: I am forced to add that information was given here, which was later factually proven elsewhere. I recommend that everyone, no matter how violent they are, do not sign anything in advance and if something is suspicious, follow it up. fully agreeing with what was written before me. the assistance and the doctor are also condescending, the whole atmosphere is extremely cold and uninstructive, the number of guests or "patients" is not typical. based on the overall impression, the whole thing does not inspire confidence.... I don't recommend it! The nurses, assistants, and receptionists are very unpleasant. They don't have an iota of togetherness. Down managers. I think that women who unfortunately have to go to an infertility center should not be treated this way. They should create a new life, but they keep talking about death. Among the infertility centers in Budapest, they have the fewest "patients", all others are full. I ask why?... (Show more)

ENGLISH below. We've been here a long time. (2012) Elsewhere they said we were a difficult case and they did not undertake it, but here they solved it. Since then we have a beautiful son. Thank you and thank you. There is no question that I recommend it. This doc knows.
