Dr.Kunynetz saw me after I waited 45 mins in the examination room. Dismissed me when I tried to explain my medical condition, ignored any comments on what drugs worked or didn’t prior to the visit. Gave me a prescription and a bunch of coupons for creams. Didn’t even bother sticking around to answer any questions. He was in and out of that exam room within 4 minutes. First gut reaction was to throw the prescription he gave away and go back to my family doctor for another referral. Was dumb enough to give his prescription some time to work. 4 months later, after my skin got so bad I called in sick to work to avoid people seeing me on flare up days, only to end up exactly where I started. This is the worst place ever ! I usually don’t write review but I had to . This place is so unprofessional, I literally called and emailed for days and no response . A

I got a small skin surgery but one of the scars' stitches did not hold. I sent an email on Saturday and they promised a call back soon: no call received. I called on Monday and after explaining that the scar was severely infected on Saturday, I got promised by the receptionist that the call would have been transferred to the medical clinic and instead she dropped the call (she explained this when I called a minute later). After enduring a lengthy wait of several months for this highly anticipated appointment, I was met with a rather rude and dismissive attitude from the esteemed professional. It was quite disheartening to witness his lack of interest in my concerns, as he seemed more preoccupied with offering me coupons for creams that I had already tried in the past. Regrettably, he paid no heed to the details I shared regarding the onset of my condition, nor did he take the time to examine the photos I had brought along for his perusal. Needless to say, this entire experience proved to be an absolute waste of time. I implore you, dear reader, to seek alternative options if you desire to be truly heard and understood. I did not have a good experience at this clinic. My appointment was to have a cyst checked. Dr. Raed Alhusayen did a biopsy and I got the results that it was benign and if I wanted it removed that I could consult a plastic surgeon. Great, I wasn't bothered by it and was happy to know it was not dangerous. However the biopsy site did not heal and kept oozing and bleeding for months. I mean I would wash my hair and it would start bleeding every time. I reached back out and I got a one line response from the doctor that this is a cosmetic issue and to see a plastic surgeon. I don't agree that an open bleeding wound that is not closing is a cosmetic issue. When I responded to that with frustration, I got a response over one month later that if I wanted I could come in for a check. The wound has since closed with a large scar and after a lot of pain. The doctor seemed knowledgeable however, he was rushing the appointment. In and out in 3 minutes. He said he had other patients and didn't have time to talk about other skin issues. If I have other skin issues I need to book another appointment. A little crazy especially after it took 6 months to get the appointment.

I am unhappy with the service and treatment from this clinic. It is extremely difficult to speak to someone on the phone and there is a lack of professionalism once you are able to reach them by email. I will be asking my family doctor for a referral elsewhere.

This place is an absolute joke. They just want you in and out it’s very rushed. The doctor (bigger white dude) is beyond rude and has terrible communication skills, not sure how this guy deals with the public day to day. Would not recommend this place horrible experience. For Demacare Dr. Ejaz . which i did not even choose for my appointment 4 months for this !!! Hi, I wanted to share my recent experience at the clinic. Unfortunately, it was the worst I've had. There was a lack of 'professionalism', and the visit felt rushed after a 4-month wait. I'm currently on minocycline prescribed by my family doctor, and despite a recent blood test that I specifically asked the doctor to check because she didnt careless , there was no mention or diagnosis of any issue with my acne. The doctor carelessly commented on my long-standing acne problem which i dont have . but provided only a cream, suggesting I follow up with my family doctor. or come back and wait 3 or 6 months later what a-joke !!!!!! I'm shocked about the purpose of the 4-month wait for a brief 10-minute visit. You should read it i say !... (Show more)

Dr. Kunynetz, Rodion, please treat your patients nicely. Kindly have some empathy and understand that they also have a job to do and life to live just like you. So please value our time and our problem for what we have been referred to you. He was extremely rude and rushed through the appointment. He walked in out of breath, did not even sit and did not take even care what I had to say. Kept interrupting and spoke in a very rude arrogant tone. I had come for potential alopecia and hair loss. He simply said he will only talk about first one. Ran fingers through hair for 2 mins and said do blood work. That is all! When I nicely asked if he can advise about hair loss, he very rudely said ‘we are not here to talk about that. I have patients waiting and i dont want to work till late’. And this is literally 5 mins into the appointment. Are you kidding me? I had waited months just like others to see this Dr and he can barely give his time to properly advise on the exact issue I was referred to him. Ridiculous! Extremely unprofessional. They really think they are Gods. Very disappointing to see Canadian Healthcare go down the drain with such unprofessional and non empathetic doctors. I have had similar experiences this year with multiple specialists who do not value or care about patients and just care about running health cards to do the bare minimum. A fraud, scam and unethical group of unprofessional people who are misleading people with fake reviews. This commission based mafia working with medical professional with only objective of looting money without no intention of services should not be allowed to work in Canada. We have requested for an impartial investigation to relevant authorities about this business with evidence of threatening communication. If i could a ZERO star on this clinic I would. My husband left this clinic with a clean bill of health in September after having a melanoma removed in November. He has now been diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic melanoma that has spread to his lung and liver. This facility should be following up with theor patients especially after having cancer removed.

I would give this clinic a zero star rating. The clinic was hot and had a terrible odour the moment my son and I walked in. The receptionist was rude and looked like she rolled out of bed. Went into the waiting room and the dermatologist (I don’t even care to look for her name) was rude and gave zero considerations and empathy to my situation. I would NOT recommend this dirty clinic. Waste of my time and my hour I waited to eventually just walk out.... (Show more)

Horrible experience. Uneducated Indians working here and very hard to communicate with them. English is not understood in this foreign clinic. Get out of Canada!

Don’t waste your time. My experience was very much the same as others have mentioned on here. My family doctor referred me here for an annual skin checkup to make sure I don’t have any cancerous growths. This is a normal procedure for someone fair skinned and highly susceptible to melanoma. I started booking my appointment in April, they replied finally in May and the next available appointment wasn’t until September. Finally September rolls around and I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment. Already filled out the online form back in June, but I filled it out again. Finally the doctor, Kunynetz, sees me, 40 minutes late from my scheduled time. He arrived all out of breath and talking fast. He never even read my file, I had to explain why I was there again. Was very abrupt and rude, barely took a look at my skin, and then basically told me not to bother coming back again as they are very busy and don’t have time to do annual exams for people like me. I’ve had other dermatologists who were much more attentive and caring and on time. This guy is only worried about making cash off cosmetic surgery patients. Not worth your time.
