Chiara did my powder brow and so happy with it. She listened to your wishes (and trust me I had a lot!), fulfilled it in a gentle way, and delivered an amazing result! I am in love with my new brows, I should have done it sooner!

I had my eyebrows microbladed by Karen in 2019, when the practice was still fairly small-scale, and it was by far one of the best decisions ever. A month ago I had liner put in by Kim, and the same, very happy with the result. Both times I had drawn out what I wanted and expected, and they delivered exactly that. Very professional, very clean (I am a doctor myself so I pay attention to that), and listened to my comments during the touch-up and updated perfectly. I recommend it to anyone who asks me, I can't emphasize enough how easy my morning routine is now thanks to their work.... (Show more)
Very friendly welcome by the reception staff. I was allowed to take a seat in a cozy waiting room. The consultation with Karen was very informative. She listens to your concerns/needs and proposes solutions without being pushy. Also super friendly. Afterwards an appointment for my eyebrows. Also received a very friendly welcome from Chabeli. The treatment was virtually painless. My eyebrows now have a clear shape. I'll tell you more after a few weeks... there is plenty of parking on the street. Warm welcome, you feel welcome and at ease. Had eyeliner applied and very satisfied with the approach and results. The same goes for the powder brows. A very calm and friendly lady, professional and smooth, so I now have 2 beautiful brows. I will definitely return to Dermopigmentation!

Very professional approach! I received tips on which treatments/colours would best suit my face. This immediately made me feel at ease. This is my second time here and I will definitely come back in the future.
This review was initially empty, but I'm now adding this after seeing the company's response because I don't think their response is appropriate: Over a week ago I contacted this company to inquire about a procedure and asked if they could do it on people with dark skin since all the photos on their website are of people with lighter skin. The company responded by email and asked me to send a photo. I sent them a photo and they didn't respond. I think that justifies a low star for any company. I am only now writing this because of your aggressive and dramatic response to the low star. Now other people will see that you are rude to your customers, aggressive, dramatic and apparently don't want dark-skinned customers. This low rating is because of YOUR service. So go ahead and report it to the police and explain how you treat your customers. I have all the screenshots and will be happy to provide them if needed.... (Show more)
