I went to clean my skin for the first time in my life, and my face was hurt and I felt a burning sensation while cleaning, which forced me to remove the medication they put on my face with water, and today my face is all bruised because of this center.

Stay away from this place! I went for a hydrafacial and the experience was beyond 0 they literally did not touch my neck nor my decolte and they barely did anything to my face and they took 220$ and in 2021 it was only 70$ how come it skyrocketed to 220$ with only 1.5 year?? I had 0 pimple when i went there and now my face is full of pimples and that is supposed to be a luxurious facial what a shame!! Plus the lady doing my facial doesn't even know how to pronounce words they're not even trained and scratched my face with her nails seriously girls keep your money in your pocket and go spend it elsewhere I'm beyond disappointed.... Having to deal with poor customer service at a clinic can be a frustrating and time-consuming experience. Waiting for extended periods of time without any acknowledgment from staff can make it feel like your time and needs are not valued. It may leave you feeling disrespected and ignored.

Simply the most professional, innovative, up to date and best center for dermatology and other medical and non-medical purposes… Obsessed with their treatments and products:) I highly recommend!

They will sell you damage products for a premium,and argue in anyway they can instead of taking responsibility and replacing it. If you buy from them triple check everything before you leave even open the product to see inside and make sure it wasn’t damaged by storage.

I came in for IV therapy, I was super nervous and questioned the quality because I was unsure of the products they used (based off other reviews). But I feel amazing, I'm super happy and will definitely be back for another round.
