I don't have any experience with this doctor because I didn't even get to see him. The order deadline is longer than three months, and I gave up visiting without an appointment (the nurse advised me to try sitting out) after what I saw approx. 40 people in the waiting room. Apparently, it makes a big difference whether you are under the care of a doctor in this facility, or whether you are unlucky and Dr. Pavlíček is prescribing. Not only did he not help me, but if I had applied his treatment, my condition would have greatly worsened. Unfortunately, he couldn't admit that he didn't know what was wrong with me and instead of sending me to the hospital, where I belonged and where I luckily ended up, he prescribed an ointment for scabies. I would definitely never go here again. I don't like the ordering system and generally taking patients. Without an appointment (because the appointment otherwise takes 2 months), a person can only come one day a week for about 3 hours, when the doctor can take a maximum of 10 people. There are approximately 40 patients waiting, but be careful, you still have to sign up on paper, and the doctor will not take more people than there are lines, about 20. So half of the waiting people can go straight home, as soon as it opens, and the other half waiting. As I already mentioned, even the fact that you enroll is not a guarantee that someone will take you. After three hours of waiting, you can cheerfully pack up and try next week, because the doctor won't take you anymore. Maybe waiting from 7 in the morning like others do who want to get in line even though it's only open from 9 will help. I would rather recommend paying 3 hundreds elsewhere, they will take your time and you don't have to wait two months, but two weeks at the most to order. Have a nice day... (Show more)

I have been to the doctor several times - both with acute skin problems and due to aesthetic procedures. At the same time, we were here for ordering and without ordering. In all cases, the doctor and the nurse were willing and I had no problem with the care. There is no point in commenting on the waiting room or the appointment date, it is the same everywhere today.... (Show more)

I have never experienced such a doctor's attitude, arrogance, unwillingness!! I'm not even talking about the fact that we paid an extra 500 CZK (closer to the date), when we asked the doctor additional questions about our daughter, we were told that he told us everything, that he didn't have time, let's see how many people he has in the waiting room. There was no positive relationship with the children, probably according to the doctor it is not a person, but only a thing that must cooperate immediately, otherwise he has no chance.... Doctor and nurse great. I've been going for a while now and I can't complain. He always tries to help.

Unfortunately, the fee was not paid after the reservation, but the time was blocked. When the nurse arrived in the empty waiting room and found out that no payment had been made, even though it is possible to come without an online reservation, my daughter and I were sent to the waiting room, saying that I had not paid the fee and therefore could not see my daughter. The doctor treated me without an appointment and very professionally. Thank you very much, I am very satisfied and definitely recommend it.

Also a negative experience, the doctor tried to remove two subcutaneous formations with a laser, apparently from insect bites. No effect of course. Two other dermatologists and finally the surgeon couldn't help wondering who did it?! Doctor?! After all, it is clear that it is a formation deep under the skin, it cannot be removed with a laser, after all (not only) the dermatologist knows that! Two thousand in hell. Do you want to reminisce about the 70s when the doctor opened her mouth to you while still standing at the door? Pavlíčková is an obvious choice! Behavior is in the 4th price. It was laughable. However, my insurance company will not invoice :)

I have been coming to Dermacentrum for cosmetics for the second year and I am extremely satisfied. Definitely recommend :)

The doctor is very nice, I can't fault him for that, he is also willing, but I would rather include him in the group of doctors who deal with aesthetics before the patient's clinical problem. He removed my marks with a laser and an incision, but the result is horrible. I also dealt with eczema, also dissatisfaction. I only got answers to my questions about marks and eczema when I visited another dermatologist. The doctor answered my questions as if he was groping and finally gave the information, but after visiting another dermatologist, I found out that the information was in the "I think" style and was not correct. Therefore, I judge that it has significant gaps in certain issues. Therefore, do not bother visiting for marks, eczema and dermatitis.... (Show more)

+ the beautician was nice, she advised me about skin products, for which I thank her + uses good cosmetics - I was booked for a procedure for CZK 890. The lady started to describe to me what she was going to do. I nodded to her that I was looking forward to it. I wanted to pay at the store, but the lady wanted 2,500 from me?! I really had no idea that she was doing something extra for me, apart from the "basic package" or what, what I ordered... She didn't warn me about it at all and what I ordered was written down incorrectly.. I paid 2000, I didn't even have more with me. So be really careful about that! Unfortunately, because of this, I don't feel good after the procedure, I'm just angry and disappointed. In addition, I used to go elsewhere for cosmetics, it cost 700, I was there for half an hour longer, I also massaged my décolletage, dyed my eyebrows and pulled out hairs. Although it was further for me and there were not so good cosmetics...but I felt 100% better.... (Show more)

I'm happy. These were mainly cosmetic defects. The nurse is reliable and accommodating. The doctor was skilled and quick as lightning. I would say that the surgery will be quite quiet, but both are doing what they can. It was great that I could order and therefore not have to wait long. Thank you.
