I was scheduled for an examination for 3 months... 3 MONTHS and when that day came, the office said they were on vacation. No one let me know, no one tried to contact me in any way. I am 46 years old and this has never happened to me. No one will see me there and I will make a proper advertisement, you can count on that!!... (Show more)

The doctor was very arrogant and uninterested from the first moment. I have been to the doctor's office twice, the first time I was prescribed corticoids, which did not help me much and after which I had side effects, which I wanted to consult on the second visit. When I showed my problem, the doctor began to examine the place very painfully and roughly. I said that the examination was painful for me, to which he replied that it certainly couldn't be painful. After that he stopped the examination, but for the rest of the visit he openly mocked me that he didn't know what to prescribe because the given solution "could hurt me". In the end, he literally told me that he didn't know what to prescribe for me and that I should simply continue taking corticoids. Generally, the doctor doesn't listen and arrogantly dismisses everything you try to say. The entire visit was unprofessional and I do not recommend visiting this doctor.... (Show more)

I had the honor of visiting this office today. Unfortunately, a big disappointment. Dear nurse, but the doctor was so rude. For someone to yell at someone for wearing a mask and not a respirator is beyond me. Today I was two floors up with a mask and the doctor didn't mind. I would understand the criticism, but yelling at the patient is not really. And I'm not talking about the 80 CZK for parking, which I spent unnecessarily. I visited the doctor's office in Mazurská on Monday and my whole week has been ruined. In a word, horrible. The doctor apparently has a set time per patient, because the examination lasted an average of 2 minutes for each patient, and nothing happened for the next 20 minutes. The mad behavior of the nurse, who scolded the elderly lady in the waiting room to immediately change her mask to a respirator, turned into an even more horrible behavior of the doctor, who was very arrogant, told me to sit on the chair right outside the door, and when she mercifully came to see for my problem, it took about a second, so she prescribed an ointment that didn't help anyway. How could she.... I will never step foot in this office again and I do not recommend it to anyone!!!!... (Show more)

On the phone with a request to order my six-month-old son, the obnoxious nurse only told me the hours when we should come and wait. After an hour and a half of waiting, when the doctor took the patient half an hour later after the beginning of the office hours and the notification to the nurse that a lady would let me and my son in front of her, which was obviously a huge problem justified by the fact that they have one computer, I am in the office she only received verbal hints like... You decided to go to the doctor before Easter, when everyone goes, this already opened my mouth to the truth and I could only say that my son had been vaccinated and had other examinations and the doctor was not afraid to continue in a completely horrible tone, saying that then I will definitely go shopping, the answer was brief.... I have to give him lunch. Even if I dream of flying for a month, the doctor may not care at all, she is there to treat skin problems and not to worry about what I am doing with my child and when.
