Very nice and very professional girls!
I started a protocol in 2019 at Depiltech Vertou, unfortunately with Covid, spaced sessions + my pregnancy in 2021, I was able to finish my underarm bikini protocol at the end of 2022, delighted with the result I therefore started a new protocol for half legs. Where I am rather very unhappy is for sure the service at depiltech... apparently in Nantes and Vertou the protocols are not the same, impossible to have the same beautician in Vertou, a crazy turnover, closed practice in Vertou I had to go to Nantes to end up not being able to have my session... It started with a call this morning to offer me to postpone my appointment by a week in Vertou in order to avoid traveling to Nantes, I refused and when I arrived in Nantes, I had forgotten to leave my hair visible for control of the 4th session. So I had to leave with an appointment scheduled for December 26 in Vertou, well not yet sure that this appointment will be honored... On Vertou, I once forgot to leave my hair on, we just did the check at the next session... I think that the service and the commercial side need to be reviewed, I do not recommend depiltech centers at all.... (Show more)
Treatment completed for the bikini line and armpits and I am beyond delighted! I have already done 5 sessions for the half legs and the result is already more than satisfactory. I recommend this center for their sympathy and professionalism!
Great team
I was treated in 2019/2020 for pulsed light on the face. I had predicted that I had PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome) which causes +++ hirustism on the face. They assured me that pulsed light was suitable. I wasted my time, my money. I do not recommend it for women who have the same syndrome as me.

Thank you very much for your patience, because I was afraid at first, but the girls are adorable and attentive. I love the results and Laly's welcome is great, she really gives us time to explain things to us. I'm just in my first session and I'm delighted.
I'm on my 3rd session so halfway through and the results of permanent hair removal are indeed there! Following my opinion, I am now on the 5th session, if you no longer want hair it is very very very effective! So I also do the facial treatment and I love it too, the skin is much more beautiful, no more imperfections. So it's not cheap, but it works! In addition, the team is very professional.... I don't give 5 stars because I find the price a little high for the result at the end, even if it is indicated before the sessions that it will not be perfect. I have a lot less hair, that's for sure, but I still have to wax from time to time, so not really permanent hair removal. However, I have no regrets and I have carried out my sessions with different people, and they have all been extremely pleasant and welcoming, nothing to say about that!... (Show more)
I had a great time with Mélanie for my first session. She was very reassuring and very gentle, I thank her again for her gentleness and I can't wait to do my second session and see the results!

One of the best centers I have visited
Apparently it's not made for black people, what the staff said, you have to have very light skin (white skin).. Quite simply racism, never seen such ignorance and wickedness. Incredible but true
Results not at all what I expected. I paid more than 1500€ to still have hair and a lot of down.... I am very white with dark hair... Extremely disappointed....
I finished treatment for my armpits and bikini area at least 2 years ago and I'm still so happy 😁!!! Apart from a slight fluff remaining on the bikini line, my thick black hairs are definitely gone, goodbye to ingrown hairs and scars 🥳. All I need is to do my legs so I can definitely have peace of mind all year round 😊. Thank you to the whole team who are careful and professional 👍... (Show more)
