To flee. Are not sufficiently informed about the risks of paradoxical regrowth caused by permanent hair removal using pulsed light. Here I am 2 years later with 3x more hair and €600 less. It's absolutely shocking

TO FLEE !!!!!! I am very very disappointed. The brand talks about permanent hair removal when that is not the case!!!!! I paid for a subscription for 8 sessions. When I had my 8th session, barely 2 months later, it started again. I contacted the center again, which obviously does not like this reproach. However, this is a reality, I assure you that it does not work. After paying and doing 8 sessions, the brand tells me that it is normal to have a little regrowth and that they do not guarantee 100% hahaha. In any case, look carefully at the negative reviews!!! I was forced to stop the treatment because I had a huge allergic reaction following the first session (swollen, itchy red spots all over my legs) However, the team always made me feel very welcome and I was able to benefit from their advice each time I went there. They also sell a great scrub!

More than satisfied, the staff is very professional and friendly. And the result is there, I recommend.

Having light skin with dark hair, having tried everything when I was younger and even made the situation worse, I decided to invest with Depiltech 2 years ago. Laser hair removal is super effective, I am totally satisfied and the Lille team is really top notch, super pleasant and smiling, it’s a pleasure to go there.

First appointment for permanent bikini + armpit hair removal, I was told that there were other “abnormal” (I quote) areas of hair on my body that could also be permanently removed. I remind you that I just came for the bikini line + the armpits. Always nice to create complexes in others.

I have had laser treatments at depiltech since 2017, on several areas. I am not satisfied with the result, nor with the attitude of the people who work there. None of the treatments carried out were completely effective, although during the test sessions and first assessment I was assured that "as I have dark hair, everything will go away without any problem, don't worry". Obviously, this is when we initiate payment. Then, as the sessions progress, there are so many excuses from beauticians: "ah but it's hormonal, it won't go away" (I don't have any hormonal problems). “Yes, but you shaved every 5 days and not every 2, as indicated, at the very beginning of the treatment, for 2 months”. (On a 2-year treatment). “Yes, but these treatments almost never work 100%” (we never say that during the commitment assessment). In short, everything is there, except the truth: sometimes it doesn't work, and here you are paying 2000 euros for half a result. And when they offered me an exceptional session (obviously, they have an obligation to achieve results in accordance with the contract), it was as if I had been given the biggest favor. Conclusion: I bought a Lumia and handled the rest on my own, for 15% of the price, and I'm very satisfied with it. And I do not recommend depiltech services.... (Show more)

At each session, despite my complaints of burns to colleagues, I still come out with new burns. My skin is completely stained because of these violent sessions. I ask the girls to reduce the intensity, but they say that "I won't get results if they reduce the intensity." But there you go, it's to get results and burnt skin, that's not good at all....
