Fantastic professional dentist… I used to avoid dentist throughout my 20 years but after seeing Dr Syazwan, dental trips are no more a nightmare for me and I look forward to the friendly visits every 6 months

Always had the best experience at the Balestier branch. Staff are very nice and friendly. Dr Prashanna is gentle, fast, efficient and always take the time to explain the process. Will definitely recommend to friends!

Most would know the anxiety of visting a dentist but my first visit (2 years back I guess) to De Pacific Dental changed it :) The clinic assistants are always very welcoming, and Dr Prashanna is gentle and always make sure I'm comfortable throughout the cleaning process, and patient with any questions raised. Dr. Ooi. was very patient and attentive throughout the entire checkup. He ensured that I was feeling comfortable and made adjustments to ease any discomfort immediately. He answered all my questions and gave practical and useful advice to maintain good dental habits. 10/10 would recommend!

Highly proficient teeth cleaning techniques and a professional team of dentists, a dental clinic worth recommending :)

Dear All, My Rating: Service professionals- Nurses/ administration :10/10 Doctors attending to me :10/10 Dental equipment/Clinic environment :10/10 Firstly, gratitude to Dr Leona Goh and Dr Erica Jade Anwar for attending to me, and for the valuable advice educating me on my position and carrying out their profession beyond what is required. The Experience: My story is as good as it gets from a person who, although I grew up around Dental Chairs and Clinics, have a real fear of that Chair. Fear-stricken, I had no choice but to visit the dentist. The last visit was probably a year before to get my first scaling and prior to that was at least 20-odd years before. My first visit to depacific Dental Group- Balestier Clinic was probably 1 ½- 2 months prior to me getting my procedures done yesterday, 15/2/2023. I must admit that though I was advised, I had sub-consciously, or perhaps consciously, procrastinated what should have been done immediately. I went there again after about 3 weeks, this time to have myself relieved of the pain in my right 6th molar, which had a hairline crack that had a bacterial infection that killed the tooth. Dr Goh helped resolved the issue, after she patiently advised me to have my procedure done during my last visit. I finally went through with it. I decided not to go for a root canal though given the option. We opted for extraction, which was complicated but painless and carried out extremely gently and efficiently. The whole procedure went extremely well. In all my years of watching and being around a dental chair as a child, the advancement of technology and procedures is truly amasing. Notwithstanding technological advancement, Dr Leona displayed professionalism, and skills that saw me through in comfort, calmness and truly without any pain. Without hesitation, I decided I will be coming again to see her to get my implant, as her management of me was well above my expectations. Today being the first day after the procedure, I have had a hearty meal and to some extent forgotten that I just lost my tooth. No pain, and extremely low discomfort level, didn’t lose sleep from the procedure and most of all a Happy Man. The clinic is very well-maintained and the team, from the receptionist to the Dental Nurses, are nothing but courteous and superbly professional with the way they handle matters. Knowing that I would be a “High Risk Absconder” to the dental appointment, they have been extremely patient and accommodating of my quirks. Always with gentle reminders as well as the SOP towards ensuring the patient is aware, in my case, they walked the extra mile. I will soon meet up with Dr Erica Jade Anwar, who would be taking care of my deep cleaning. I have full confidence in her, as I do in Dr Leona Goh . Now, I fear NO MORE!
