Dr Alexander did a great job outlining my dental issue and the risks involved. Also, the surgery he performed was a great success. The administration staff were very friendly and professional. I would recommend this dental surgery practice.

I had two tricky wisdom teeth extracted under general anaesthetic. I went into procedure a little anxious as I’ve never had surgery before, however Dr Mansour and the team were very understanding of this and talked to me calmly until I went to sleep. I had no issued afterwards as the two sockets healed up nicely. Dr Mansour is a friendly individual who clearly takes his profession and responsibility very seriously. I had three wisdom teeth extracted, two of which were impacted. The recovery is speedy, there is almost no pain after pulling out, and there are no sequelae. Thank you, Dr Mansour and your excellent team members.

I was very scared to have my wisdom teeth removed however I had a really good experience here. I had two removed in chair this week, it was quick and pain free during the procedure. Had my wisdom teeth removed on Friday, just with local anaesthetic and I was amazed by how easy it was. The procedure was quick and completely painless. Dr Mansour and his assistant Kathy worked as an excellent team to ensure that I was comfortable throughout. I went in for my wisdom teeth extraction and Dr Mansour was so good .He made sure I was alright and constantly checked to ask me if I felt ok.my wisdom tooth was sitting on my jaw and was impacted .Dr mansour took it out on chair in a few minutes.I give my 100% to Dr Mansour and his team.thank you

Dr Mansour was incredible. I’d never had a tooth removed before, not even a filling, and he was very caring and gentle. Constantly checking that I was alright during the procedure and explained everything to me throughout. Highly recommend.

Dr Terrance Alexander did my lower BSSO around five years ago. He was easy to discuss concerns with, talked me full the procedure and how he worked things out, had a great bedside manner and also didn't go overboard with the changes to my face. Anything he planned on doing he consulted me and talked me through which made me feel at ease throughout the process and on the day of my procedure. He was extremely knowledgeable and i learned a lot through my procedure about facial measurements which i appreciated. I had the worst experience with my wisdom teeth and hands down Dr Mansour was a life saver he as very thorough, careful and honest stating all the risks and etc...I was in alot of pain for over week and he made it so easy and pain free i was so thankful....He even took his own time outside of working hours to help me as I was in a lot of pain. This was probably the most traumatic experience I've ever had. Horrible surgeon with no empathy and poor bedside manner in my opinion. He was so rough and hurt me so much he didn’t even care. I get my situation was a tough one but he literally showed no compassion and was so rough basically told me to get over myself and I have a pretty high pain threshold. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star....
