An unpleasant experience at this clinic! First of all, you are required to fill out forms as soon as you arrive at the reception in which you sign that you have been informed by the doctor about the procedure to be performed (which is not true because you know the doctor after you fill in and sign that form ! Secondly, today, February 8, I went to Dr. Nada Jadallah with my little girl who was in pain. I took an x-ray and told her that I wanted to extract it. I don't think she understood this lady, I'm thinking of Romanian language and communication problems, it started to get on her nerves. My little girl was crying, she wasn't moving, she was just crying... Disturbed by the little girl's crying, the doctor told us that she couldn't get the nerve out of her and recommended that we come to another doctor that I've been to in the clinic and he told us that the girl would be sedated (I repeat, the girl was just crying, she didn't move to disturb her, the doctor was disturbed by her crying!). Totally disappointed with this experience. I went with the youngest of 2 years and 3 months for a check-up and a brushing. In less than 5 minutes we were already at the reception to pay 325 lei for practically nothing. "Professional" brushing lasted less than 1' per hour during which the front teeth were brushed, like hey, facials don't matter anymore, right? Totally disappointed. Money, time wasted and the child suffering in vain to sit in the chair when I was more interested in brushing him at home... (Show more)

An office to which I take my child with great confidence. Professional and kind staff. It is very nicely set up for children, visiting the dentist is a joy for my child. I recommend Dr. Simona Raicu and nurse Georgiana.

Very good doctors. The staff is attentive with children, very nice. I appreciate this clinic, even if the prices are probably higher compared to others :). But with small children it's more difficult, so it's worth it!

Grade 10+ Update: after 2-3 weeks. I brought the child last year, small problems that were solved with a lot of patience and passion from the doctor and nurses. The child is not at all afraid of visits to the dentist, on the other hand I am a coward, the after-effects of the past years... but now I am glad to see that things can change for the better. The husband followed the child, and then I, fearful. I cry at any trace of pain and when I enter the office I forget my name, but here, at Kopfzeit, I gained a bit of courage, thanks to the people who treat you with the utmost attention and explain everything you need to know. As for the prices, maybe they are higher than at other clinics, but when we compare the prices, we must also compare the service received, so I maintain a 10+ for the people who work here and their care for patients.
