During my first examination, I visited him, informing him that I had a dentist phobia and that I wanted to personally meet and talk to the person who would carry out my treatment. He calmed me down well and stated that we could go through my treatment process together. Despite my fear, I convinced myself that I would work with Mr. Onurcem and went to my appointment for my filler treatment. But strangely enough, Mr. Onurcem, who spoke to me and said that we would go through the process together, was not around. A completely different dentist showed up to do my filling without any notice to me. I was shocked at the clinic I went to with the confidence I had barely gained. I think Mr. Onurcem is a dentist who is incapable of performing the treatment he promised. Instead, I was expected to continue my treatment with a dentist I did not know, without being informed.
