After 11 years, today I closed the doors of Dentika in Grodzisk for the last time. I have been waiting to see a new orthodontist for over 2 months. I was 15 minutes late and was sent away empty-handed. I tried to inform about the delay, no one answered. Over the years, I have made several dozen visits to Dentica, and I can count on the fingers of one hand the ones that were not delayed, sometimes I had to wait 30-40 minutes. If a long-term regular customer has to wait for months for an appointment, and if he or she is 15 late, he or she is sent to the end of the queue, and if he or she is the 15th late, he or she is sent to the end of the queue, plus the highest prices in Grodzisk, then I thank you....
