Had an emergency appointment with Matthew. He is such a lovely man and couldn't have been more helpful.
I was treated with great consideration and respect and involved in all decisions regarding my treatment. Felt very comfortable and would certainly recommend the surgery.

Your typical rude receptionist staff combined with a policy of removing people from their books, even if the person has a perfectly good reason for not having been for two years (having caught very severe long term covid) is just yet another example of why the majority of people hate dentists. Receptionist is rude and show no respect to ppl. Had bad experience with treatment provided espicially dr sahar.she deserve 0 star.very bad treatment .new patients avoid her.
Receptionist is one of the rudest people I've ever had the displeasure of speaking to on the phone. More chance of finding Michael Jacksons other glove than getting an appointment here.
The dentists, hygienist and receptionists all provide a great patient service, always cheerful and pleasant whilst maintaining their professionalism
Have been taking my mother over the past few months for removal of teeth and fitting dentures staff all excellent friendly and caring
I had an emergency appointment with a dentist called Matthew, he has to be one of the best Dentists I have seen. Put me at ease and was very friendly. Unfortunaltely, they are not taking on new NHS patients because I would have felt more at ease if he were my regular dentist.
Just finished a series of fillings and cleaning with Matthew. He is a professional and explained the issues I had very clearly and respectfully. He ran through the whole process of the options available, and what he would recommend doing, which made me feel much more at ease, as I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while. The fillings were very good, and the clean was outstanding. My teeth look unrecognisable. Thanks Matt!!... (Show more)

From reception to dentist to nurse so professional, attentive and gave me confidence to overcome my anxieties , pleased to be registered at this wonderful practice.
My experience at this dentist that everyone was so helpful and friendly , especially the receptionist , James and his dental assistant.Put me at ease and put me out of my misery. Would definitely recommend this dentist . 👍
Came in on Friday for emergency treatment and everything was brilliant it was so good I have added myself to the waiting list even though it's a long time I think it will be worth it. 10/10
I dont remember her name properly her name was Macfee or something like that,she never lessoned to me,talked too fast,worked too fast without caution cut my gum she is a horrible butcher and I felt she was cleaning a horse teeth,dont go around this woman he will destroy your teeth like mine I ended up to hospital afew weeks after her treatment,not professioal,and low class.the only positive point was kind reception.... Really dont mind visiting this dentist, always friendly staff starting from reception up to sitting in the chair with the dentist. Last visit was a checkup but dentist sahar noticed i needed a filling on the front of my tooth and i also had a chipped tooth. Wasnt really fussed to get them fixed but after hearing what they could do and going ahead with some cosmetic treatment, i am really pleased with the results. I have been going to the Heaton Road practice for several years now. I am very happy with the care and attention shown to me by my Dentist. She is very considerate and great at putting me at ease. She has a very relaxed way with her clients and explains exactly what procedures she is doing. I would not hesitate in recommending My Dentist to anyone.... (Show more)
I had booked my appointment in 5 months ago for October 8 2021 dental check up. But suddenly they called me 1 week before and cancelled my appointment and asked me to rebook and the next available appointment is on 5 th january 2022. Is so frustrating and the lady on the phone was also very rude. I would like top make a complaint about this services to NHS.... (Show more)
I've attended this practice for many years and see some changes. I recently had to receive a course of treatment that has meant 4 visits. Jane my dentist is always attentive and explains what needs to be done. The measures in place to make the practice covid safe are effective and the staff team do there utmost to ensure you know what to expect. Not my favourite place to visit but would definitely recommend.... (Show more)
