Today is my second day of removing my wisdom teeth, even though it was 4 o'clock I have zero pain, the care was wonderful, they were in charge of answering every question I had. After the procedure they have been keeping an eye on how my recovery is going, I gladly recommend them. Thank you !!!
My appointment was at 9 am. I arrived to this location 20 mins prior to the scheduled time. I am just now having someone walk into simply examine my child’s tooth with a bite size mirror which took 5 mins. The dentist then walked out and said she will see if they can’t extract a broken tooth after already being here for 1 hour and 10 minutes. I work in the medical field and from my stand point they are spending so much time charting Instead of patient care. They are triple booking doctors and this is completely unacceptable. I first came here in 2018 out of necessity. I was coming to Colombia for most of 2018 and for the last six months of 2017 the American medical system failed in every way. And these were advanced medical schools and private offices in the third biggest city in the country. From my freshman year of high school until now I’ve had 12 operations on my jaw, all cyst removals. The last three were here at this office, and I wish they had all been here! I’m not a dentist or ENT but having spent so much time in offices throughout the United States and some abroad going over x-rays, anatomy displays, etc., I have a very good understanding of the mouth anatomy, cysts and various things pertaining to them, dentistry, and ENTs in general. So it was all the more infuriating when I spent six months being bounced back and forth between ENTs and dentists knowing I had a cyst because I could feel it and knowing I just needed to see an ENT for a what would have been simple operation on a much smaller cyst. Dentists generally if ever don’t do operations to the extent I needed, and ENTs were telling me I needed to see a dentist. It made no sense. Right before I was heading to Colombia, I made one last stop at the ENT department of my respected university’s medical school. They tried to rip me off. They tried to say I needed the long way of dealing with a cyst, which of course I would have had to pay for everything all along the way. My own experience and three private offices I had already been to in town told me I didn’t. So, I get to Colombia to live there for most of the year and by this time the cyst has become much bigger. I could feel it and the x-rays showed it. It went from just barely bigger than a pea when I first felt it to almost two molars in size. A simple extraction, area clean up and “letting nature take its course” healing turned into two root canals, bone graph, and multiple other steps that would not have been necessary had American medics done their job. Not only was what was, according to the people I grew up around, supposed to be one of the most painful procedures around, root canals, painless, but the entire procedure was. I had only ever had one operation out of twelve, and it was the first one, that required more work in the United States. The others were mostly minor procedures and this major one was far more comfortable with a much faster healing period. I would have been out for just over a week in the United States for much more minor procedures and by day three here, day one was surgery, my coworkers couldn’t even tell I had surgery. Unless they looked inside obviously. The facility is much cleaner and more organized than much bigger and more funded facilities in the United States and the staff are always fun. They even have some tools I haven’t seen or heard of in the United States. The equipment is even fun! I’ve never seen an x-ray machine that plays music before as it’s doing its thing, that was a first! Also, despite clearly being very successful and busy it doesn’t take over a week to get ahold of someone like in the United States so that is always appreciated.... (Show more)
I’m from the USA and I received excellent dental work by the Doctor. Her staff is very communicative. She offered a free translator. She made time and got all of my dental work done in 3 days and I appreciate that she adjusted her schedule for me.

Dentica by Christina is an amazing place to get your dental problems solved! The place is amazing , super clean & the dentists take their time to listen to your problems and solve your concerns. Also, once your start the process, they take their time and continuing working until you’re satisfied. I recommend it for all your dental work.
