I've never been one-starred. I'm writing about dentistry, of course I'm sorry that I'm such a loser. But I persuaded myself and chose dentalux. The assistants I made an appointment with were nice, they get 4 stars casually. A little "hospitality" and human empathy would be good for the doctor! My appointment was for Thursday, which turned out to be Tuesday next week because we misunderstood each other on the phone, which didn't cause anyone a problem, of course, and after fulfilling all requests by calling in advance with confirmation, I dared to forget the appointment on Tuesday. Well, today, 10 minutes after my 4 o'clock appointment, I forgot to call dentalux immediately to apologize and ask how we could arrange a next appointment. He was hired by the dentist, not an assistant. I don't like to throw mud at anyone, even if they're having a bad day, well, good luck, Mr. Dentist! How does it get you ahead if you literally terrorize your clients with the fact that your poor assistant has fallen from HUF 45,000?! Then, half-faintly offering a "new chance", he refers extra compensation money for the default?! Plus, he talked to me like I was upset with a dog?! I recommend practicing a little more patience and understanding! It won't hurt you or your business! In the long run, it does not pay off if you talk condescendingly and superiorly to your clients just because you accidentally forget your very first appointment! Or do you have enough money to do this?! But good for you if that's the case! If I were to get caught like this, my colleagues would not be fired immediately! A word like a hundred, I didn't think that with so many 5-star reviews, I would get such a condescending style because I dared to forget the appointment. I'm afraid of the dentist, so I clicked just enough every day about when it's time for the treatment! Things happened to me that made me lose my mind! I didn't get any sympathy, questions, or a last chance to sympathize, I was just shot down by an unknown person. Mercilessly sad! In response to your phone call and comment: - After I left my opinion here, he called me to talk to me about my opinion here. Sorry for not forgetting you all! - Our conversation did not consist of "please get tired on time for the next appointment", but started with the fact that your assistant just lost HUF 45,000. And I will compensate you on top of HUF 45,000 at the next appointment. So who the hell would lie under his hands after talking like that with such "threats"? I don't. It can be any good. - The reason why our conversation ended was "let's leave it at that" mainly because I felt that you are someone who cannot be communicated with at a bad moment and I will not lie under your hand if you get angry with your client just because you accidentally forgot your first appointment. - If the forgetfulness happens to many clients, include it in your prices and don't let your clients down, you won't talk to me like that and I'd rather hesitate for more months/years - (I'm afraid of the dentist and I'm more relieved if I don't have to go to the dentist) - where should I go to receive such treatment where there is not one memory of our first meeting that I was screwed, and that the assistant did not receive her 45,000 HUF, and even compensate me. - Be glad that I didn't leave a review immediately after we spoke on the phone. I've been to quite a few dental offices in my life so far, but I've never experienced such unfriendly reception and demeaning treatment. Never. Nowhere like with Dr. Tamás Köhalmi on June 8, 2023. I arrived half an hour earlier than the agreed time, partly because of the long distance, partly because it was the first time we had min. You must be there 20 minutes before the agreed time to have time to fill out the data sheets. I was greeted by a locked door. After a while, the window opened and a lady told me that I came too early, to come back later. I went back a quarter of an hour before my appointment, because I thought that I really needed that much time for papers, to use the bathroom, etc. The lady told me through the window that she would not let me in until the previous patient was inside. Interestingly, when the agreed time came, it was no longer a problem that the previous person was still there. I was able to spend the additional twenty minutes that resulted from their delay in the waiting room. Compared to the fact that I definitely asked for a time to discuss and assess the situation, nothing was discussed. After the X-ray - after making sarcastic comments about my name - he told me that two of my teeth should be removed and replaced. To my question, is this approx. how much would it cost, the answer was that he couldn't say, he couldn't see the results of the amiga CT. But he also stated that after the ct I have to accept the price offer in writing and start the treatment within three or four weeks, but before that I have to transfer the money to his bank account BEFORE (!!!). Because if we don't start immediately, the price is no longer annual. I asked how long the first part would take? The answer to this was, how do I calculate the time if I don't even know the prices?! I was then about to say, "Thank you very much, how much do I owe?" But I couldn't finish my sentence, because after thanking him, he snapped at me: "This will be twenty thousand forints!" I feel sorry for the doctor that he is in such a hurry due to his financial problems..... but I would rather spend my money at the kind dentist who didn't have to wait on the street and who was able to tell me even without a ct (since then I have the ct) that The price will be between HUF 3-4 million, depending on the situation, and of course you do not need to transfer the entire amount in advance. So my suggestion: if someone wants humane treatment and clean, safe payment conditions, find another professional, because there is. ANSWER TO THE DOCTOR'S ANSWER BELOW (since I cannot sign) Dear doctor, why did you delete your answer you wrote yesterday? Maybe it was too transparent a lie? You can easily delete the current one, it doesn't cover reality either. He did make a sarcastic comment about my name, in addition to inquiring about my origin. Maybe I should write here what exactly? Would you like to? Corona has been officially over for more than a month. Anyway, there is another room between the waiting room (where I would have been) and the operator (where his patient was).
