Unfortunately, the bleaching had no effect. Immediately after the intensive treatment my teeth looked whiter, but this disappeared within a few days. I would not recommend this treatment. I have also been to Smile before. I still smoked then and I did see an effect. The effect then also diminished, but it took a little longer. For example, I had intensive treatment a few weeks before my wedding, and I had to visit again just before my wedding. The effect was greatly reduced and I wanted beautiful teeth for my wedding. I was still smoking at the time, so I blamed myself. Now that I no longer smoke, I see no difference before and after the intensive treatment. For the money you pay, you expect to see an effect. I went back to Smile because I was not satisfied with the service provided. I asked about compensation. I was offered a light treatment. I indicated that I did not like this because I also had pain at the bottom of my nose immediately after the treatment. I went to the dentist and the doctor, they couldn't find an explanation. It also went away on its own. There is a good chance that this has nothing to do with the treatment at Smile, but because it occurred immediately afterwards, I was afraid to have another treatment performed. I have indicated that I would like to get my money back or at least part of it. Finally it was said: I will pay something back. Unfortunately, this was accompanied by unfriendly treatment. The tone became unfriendly and I was called out. Also because I had asked about a discount in the past. This was early October. The compensation would be paid at the end of October, when all invoices were paid. On October 31, I received an email that the reimbursement had not been paid because a light treatment had been offered. I understand that the service has already been provided, but if the service is not good and you cannot use the same service again, are you left out in the cold? I am currently having a problem with my tooth and I was really worried. Since I don't have a dentist in Maastricht I was calling around to see if someone could have a look at the problem. Sense of Smile was super helpful, I was offered to come by immediately. The dentist was really nice and had a look at my problem. Now I am aware what the problem is an do not have to overthink! I had a whitening treatment done in October and I was treated so well! The dentist was super friendly and explained everything very well. She did a wonderful job and Ive been able to keep my teeth white for a very long time. I would highly recommend!
